This season he should have decided to leave because as you said, Dusan's inclusion in the Juventus squad was clearly one of the reasons Dybala had to leave because regardless of what he would have difficulty competing with Dusan now especially his current performance is not very good.

You are wrong. Dybala has issues with his injuries so Juventus know that they can not build up a plan around Dybala. And after Juventus found Vlahovic, bought him successfully from Fiorentina, they changed their plan and Dybala has no other choice to stay in Turin.
