I don’t know how the game will end, but I think that at least it will be productive - Napoli have the best attack in Serie A, and Inter have the worst defense among the first nine teams. And in general, Inter is extremely unstable - ten wins and five losses with zero draws. I don't understand how the bookmakers consider it a favorite.

I don't think Inter Milan has any chance of winning the title. Inter Milan's performances have been poor since the start of the season. I'd even say we're not even sure if they'll be able to qualify for Champions themselves. I think Inter Milan will not qualify for the Champions League. The performances of Lazio, Atalanta, Juventus and Roma have been quite good this season.

I'm not sure what exactly Inter will be a loser. But if we talk about the big four, then we immediately exclude Napoli and three clubs remain: Milan, Juventus and Inter. If I were asked to estimate the probability that one of them (at least one) will lose their place in the Champions League to such contenders as Roma, Atalanta and Lazio, then I would say that this probability is above 50%.

I don't say Milan is over, but if I have to choose the match between Napoli and Inter, so I choose Napoli for sure. Not because I underestimate them, just want to see Napoli beat them, so Milan can maintain the gap with them. Even Milan still have a chance but, sometimes Milan show us bad performance. I'm afraid if Milan getting more worst after this break. If it happens, the chance to replaced by Juventus and Inter for top 3 position will be open. That why I wish Napoli can win, and if Milan can't be champions again this season, better to see Napoli. 

Yes, I'm bored to see Juventus become Serie-A champions, need something new, not just Juventus, Inter and AC Milan. since after more than 8 seasons, we are only seeing them become Serie-A Champions.  But, if Milan have a chance to defend their title, so I will be happy to made a party for their win once again

This match date is still far but what I could conclude is that Napoli has a higher chance to win the match. The worst is for them to draw, which I don't think is feasible due to the attacking power of Napoli. At the moment, their main attackers do not have injuries which might be a better advantage for them, and they have not lost a single match this season, unlike Inter Milan which has lost twice.
Inter Milan might be in the second position, but to me, Juventus still has upper hand to beat Napoli than them.

This match does not sit well with me. I think that there is a reasonable chance that this match will end in a draw. Despite Inter's best efforts, I do not believe that they will be able to defeat Napoli in this game despite all the efforts they put in. Napoli will not beat Inter either, in my opinion. Napoli and Inter are both very effective teams in offense now. They are the only teams that have 30+ goals scored in the Serie A until now. Inter have only a few goals less than Napoli now. Inter are the side being weak in defensive performance considering the amount of goals they have conceded. But there has been a long break which must be enough for Inter to think about detecting what they were doing wrong at defending. They must be able to fix some issues already.

If Inter do this then their chance to beat Napoli or get a point from them will increase significantly. They are already better then Napoli in home games considering the head-to-heads.

That's right, I agree with you considering that Napoli have had such a perfect season and they really deserve to win the Scudetto this season. AC Milan have a very easy match on paper, Salernitana are playing to avoid relegation to Serie B and have always given their best against the big teams, AC Milan shouldn't make the mistake of entering the pitch thinking they're going for a walk and he will have to win to put pressure on Napoli. Bookies always have more potential for teams that play at home because of course when playing at home, this is actually still an advantage because they can play and be watched by their fans, most of whom will decorate the stadium.
But as you said, this will not really make Napoli falter. Their condition is good and seeing from Inter's defense which is actually quite bad I feel this will be an advantage for Napoli.
