Juventus lost by 5-1 this weekend.
Atalanta won by 8-2 Today.

Next week we will have Juventus-Atalanta.

What can possibly go wrong here? 

After the game Napoli - Juventus, I wrote that the rest of the games will definitely not be able to compete with this game in terms of interestingness and the number of goals. How wrong was I 
I don't think that Atalanta will be able to play as well as Napoli, so I expect the score to be 1-0, 2-1 in this game in favor of one of the teams.

An early red card made adjustments, Dodo was too careless and this gave Fiorentina a lot of problems. Dybala scored two goals, which gave Roma the victory, so he has already scored 7 goals for Roma, and this figure is even better than that of Vlahovic, who scored 6 goals. The top part of the standings is very tight, with only 4 points separating the second and seventh places, so the chances for the Champions League zone for all these teams are very good.

Even though they are only three to four points different, still, in my assessment the teams that are in fifth, sixth and seventh place still cannot be consistent in getting points in every match. So they will still find it difficult if they have to compete in the top four until the end of the season but yes, they do have a chance but it's still a difficult job for them.

But yes, for this week's match I was still very surprised by the big win that Atalanta made, because the big win they managed to do in that match was like a question mark as well, whether Atalanta is back to its best form or not. Because if Atalanta regain their best form then of course, it will be a threat to the team who are in the top four right now.

what I like most about from jose mourinho is that he has a great leadership spirit and will push all the potential players he coaches to show their best skills, with the 2 goals scored by Dybala. roma, lazio and atalanta compete (because the three points are the same) to get into the top 5.

The three teams are now starting to compete for the top five places with the same number of points and of course this is very interesting because Lazio and Atalanta also have abilities that are not much different from AS Roma this season. Although I am also more confident that AS Roma will be able to get fifth place this season if they can continue to take good advantage of opportunities in every game this season.

It was a completely one sided game for Roma after the red card. I really didn't understand what Dodo was up to there. Both of his incidents were really unnecessary. There was no need of aggression. This was one of the Roma games that I like for certain. Because it is really boring to watch them when they play too cautiously. It is always better for this team to keep an attacking game plan. Dybala and Abraham were really impressive. Especially the first goal was a Tsubasa-like goal maybe. 

It is good to see these two players having a good chemistry with each other. I guess Mourinho would continue with this combination in next games as well to increase their scoring productivity.

Napoli victory over Juventus was as a result of an excellent performance, Napoli is a good team and always known for their impressive and high attacking football, the team is placed high in Italian senior league it was unfortunate for Juventus to be given such a shocking and humiliating defeat with many goals from their opponent but what took place in this match is that the good side won with an intimidating scoreline, Napoli deserve this winning because of their non reluctancy and eagerness to score more goals despite the goals the have banged already.

The standings are still very likely to change quickly because the difference in points is that the top 7 teams are very close (except Napoli). I don't think 3-4 points from 7th is not high to chase and it's just about when these teams drop points and keep the consistency. Roma, Atalanta and Lazio are still very likely to move into the top 4 if Inter, Juventus and Milan lose points in the next match. Competition is getting tougher for Serie A, especially in the race for a place in the Champions League next season. But regarding the title, Napoli looks very difficult to stop.

Roma made a great win yesterday night and Dybala was the star of that game by scoring 2 goals and dominating the game completely.Of course their job was made easy when the defender of Fiorentina got a red card early in the game which completely impacted Fiorentina way of playing.

Atalanta made a tennis result game yesterday night by scoring 8 goals for them and conceding 2 which is a game with 10 goals in the Serie A and I as a long follower of it for many years I don't remember when it was the last time this kind of result happened.

My God, 10 goals! That was some amazing game to watch, there was more goals than 1 goal per 10 minutes played, that's just unreal, definitely something to watch. And goals were not some easy tap ins or anything like that neither, some of the goals were amazing to watch because they were from far away and shot right at where it should be as well.

I am glad that I got to see it and I am happy about it as well. I know that not many people like many goals, they prefer good defense over good offensive plays like this, but these type of games really remind me why I love football, it shows us what is possible and what could happen and the level of talent on professional players.

I don't find this season's Milan very much competitive unfortunately. I'm aware that the work Napoli are doing now is much more extra compared to the recent seasons. But still Milan are the last champion team in the league. They should have been more competitive with the same system and a good quality of squad.

But these days I see that their defense is having some problems. We saw a clear example of it in their Lecce match. Lecce's getting 2-0 ahead was way unexpected. If it weren't for Milan's big strength in scoring they would have even lost there. I'm curious if Pioli is thinking of a solution for their defending style. Or it will be too late for them when Napoli increase the gap to double digits.

Absolutely so true. Except for the first place in the league, there will be a big ranking battle for the other teams. There is only a 4 point difference and the averages will take up an important place as well as the points. Exceeding the number of goals is very important at this stage. So in the league now other teams will have to score quite a lot of goals.

At the moment Milan has done a very good job they are in second place in Serie A with a difference of 1 point below it, but when compared to Napoli it is clear now that the quality is different, it's just that Milan is also still above the competition from 18 matches 2x losing is still quite reasonable and there are 5 more draws so there is still hope for Milan to continue to chase the dream of the Serie A trophy.

Atalanta is very deadly. I feel so sorry for Guillermo Ochoa, great goalkeeper but the wrong team at the wrong time. Ochoa did his best but he was unlucky, even though he is a very good goalkeeper. How unfair Ochoa. The defense is terrible. Not even for a penalty and they couldn't even react to avoid a counter shot from the opponent.

Hopefully Salernitana in the next match can win, she deserves more. And Atalanta played to their full potential, Big win from Atalanta.

Juventus have a really bad record in home matches against Atalanta in the recent years. They got three draws and one loss since the last time they defeated Atalanta in Turin. Last week was really absurd for both teams. Atalanta are going to be way more motivated than their opponent undoubtedly. Juventus will need to work harder to make up for that terrible loss against Napoli. Their defensive weakness is a big question mark now. They can be in a big trouble while Atalanta are having a very productive period.

Juventus are favoured for the win of course but I would rather add both teams to score to my parlay and move on.

Atalanta is very deadly. I feel so sorry for Guillermo Ochoa, great goalkeeper but the wrong team at the wrong time. Ochoa did his best but he was unlucky, even though he is a very good goalkeeper. Ochoa was unlucky as much as possible in this match, although he is a very good keeper. I agree that the defenders should have done a lot more. But Ochoa should have saved like 3 shots. After the end of first half we have four yellow cards and balanced performance from the both sides, even Empoli is doing better due to having home advantage in this match but Sampdoria is also alert and not allowing them for having any dangerous threat for them.

Sampdoria is having nine points from the 17 matches with just two wins and three draws which put them in relegation zone and most chances they could be stayed here for the next few weeks as well because things are looking not good for them and Empoli is surely better side which is mostly stayed in the middle of the league table because they have balanced side which giving them good results against weaker sides in 19th round they are going to face inter which is currently at the fourth spot in league table.

Dodô got his red card in the 24th minute, which was before Dybala's first goal in the 40th minute. From that situation, we can judge that from the start even AS Roma didn't play aggressively, TBH, they were lucky enough to get the win with 2 goals (IMO). Look how many shots on target they have. That's only 4 shots on goal. If they play like this in the next matches, we can't expect them to be in the top 4 when the league is over.

Even AS Roma this match by 2 - 0 but still this is not convincing win for them because most of the time Fiorentina were playing with the ten men and still they have done good job specially in second half they were better side from the home side because they were doing good strategy and work with ten men and AS Roma which needs to be done better job were having not good time on field for having the good number of goals if we have no RED CARD then surely things could be completely different because AS Roma is not playing as they needed to do things for having good spot at the end of this season with current form most chances they could be stayed at the sixth or seventh spot which is surely not good for them with having good expectations in early rounds of this season.
