Week 10 of Serie A has two interesting matches:

Inter Milan vs AS Roma

I have to say that Inter is still better in every way than Roma, especially if you look at the match history and compare the two. On paper, Inter can win, although I also understand that Roma should not be underestimated and they are capable of giving a surprise, but I think Inter will have the ambition to maintain the top of the Serie A standings and win 3 points at the Giuseppe Meazza.

Before the match I was also considering Inter as the favorite, but I wasn't so sure because Roma had started to get good results in the last few weeks. Dumfries, Hakan and Thuram played very well for Inter. These three footballers are the players who have carried Inter up this year. Inter are currently leading the Italian Serie A with 25 points. Next week they will play a tough match against Atalanta. Then they will play Salzburg in the Champions League. Then they play Frosinone at home. Then they play away to Juventus, Benfica and Napoli. They are going into a very tough fixture.

Inter - Roma was a completely one-sided game honestly. I remember only once Roma had a really big opportunity to score and that's all. Even after Inter scored finally in the last ten minutes Roma were still struggling to fight back against them. It was clear that Mourinho came here to get one point.

I'm trying to understand Mourinho about his strategy especially because of not starting well to the season. But it is really difficult to resist a team which is very effective in the attacking line until the end of a game. This was the scenario here as well.

Congratulations to Inter for the beautiful victory they embraced from their opponent to maintain the first position in the Italian league table, which is a sign that showed they prepared well to frustrate other strong teams like Roma, Juventus, AC Milan and Napoli in this season to dominate in this tournament. Despite the prepare Roma players prepared to draw the match with Inter in their home but their coach refused such thing to happen than to make some changes in the second half that created the opportunity for Marcus Thuram to achieved the winning goal at 81 minutes to defeated Roma 1-0. AC Milan was leading the match with 0-2 in the Napoli home before  they manage to equalized the two goals at 63 minutes that made AC Milan coach got provoked to his players for allowed such thing to happen, and the match ended up draw 2-2.

Since being brought to Inter last summer, Marcus Thuram's performance deserves to be appreciated and often the goals he scores make Inter more comfortable in securing 3 points. I think Roma here is not an opponent that can make things difficult for Inter and even though Inter almost played a draw, their realistic target of winning the Scudetto this season means that all the players don't want to be satisfied if they have to get a draw. Mourinho's squad seemed unable to do more and they had to suffer defeat again after previously managing to win 3 times in a row.

On the other hand, Milan failed to maintain their 2 goal lead and were actually chased by Napoli with 2 goals scored by Politano and Raspadori. I think even though Milan were ahead, they should have tried to score again in the second half and they failed to do so. However, a 2 goal lead is still not enough when facing a team like Napoli and of course Napoli will at least not be embarrassed in front of their fans by the result of this draw.

Thuram is a pretty good player that Inter milan has this season, He has scored 4 goal and 5 assist so far. Moreover, Inter milan previously got thuram for free because he was a free transfer, Which is quite profitable for Inter milan if thuram is able to show his good performance. Inter milan has several players who are able to make a big contribution to them in Serie A this season, such as martinez and thuram.

For Inter milan they have made their performance better every season and for them this season is the best opportunity for them to win the scudetto. Last season they finished runners up in the Champions League and also this season they have a path as a frontline team to win the scudetto.

I assume that nobody really understands what their goal is for this season, but taking into account that games with Roma used to be great to watch, these times are a thing of the past. Roma is really bad and the worst is that they play this defensive strategy. They are not dangerous anymore and then they play defense only. This is not Roma and Mourinho also is overwhelmed with his job. Without these two games against Empoli and Cagliari it would look so much worse, but it saves the overall status for them as it looks ok since they scored 20 goals in 10 games. But it hurts to see when their only goal is to destroy the flow of the game instead of trying to play football themselves.

Of course it was beyond our expectations because AC Milan had a big chance of winning this match if we look at the advantage they had in the first half but unfortunately they were unable to maintain it. Therefore, we think that AC Milan had instability in their performance in the second half and also several players experienced setbacks in their best form, such as Leao and Pulisic, which made them lose in the previous two.

I think AC Milan must be more confident in every match because if they are able to take the lead early of course they must be able to maintain that advantage. So, on the standings, Juventus managed to take second place this week and AC Milan is increasingly under pressure at the moment because Napoli can take third place if AC Milan again fails to get full points in the next match.

AC Milan was unable to maintain a two -goal advantage in the first half so Napoli tried to reply in the second half by equalizing. Pulisic plays under the quality of other players and always waste some opportunities to score goals. The appearance of Tomori and Kalulu was also less than optimal because he was unable to escort to some Napoli's quick attacks during a counterattack. Although the draw was enough for Stefano Pioli because playing at home to Napoli, it was unfortunate because in the first half they won two goals and had to conceded two goals because of the intensity of their game which changed far in the second half.

The hard part was to score but the game has been dominate, not even close.

Inter is the favorite for winning the league.

Roma played the bus, so it is not surprising that Inter “dominated”, but in fact Roma could have defended 0-0 if they had been a little lucky, and it is far from a fact that against a team focused on a better result than 0-0, Inter will be successful.
It's sad that Napoli and Milan tied, in fact both teams lost points and their position in the race worsened. Milan's streak without a win has increased, I wonder if they will be able to overcome this sudden crisis.

Inter put too much pressure on Roma movements so it was natural that Inter dominated the game but this was truly extraordinary because Inter was only able to win the match with a narrow score of 1 - 0.
Even though Inter played quite impressively from the start Roma were still able to block every Inter attack so they only conceded one goal.

In the match Napoli vs Milan it looked like the competition was very tight and both teams tried hard to have an advantage but the final result was only 2 - 2 draw.
In this match I thought Milan could win the match because they were two goals ahead in the first half but in the second half it turned out that Napoli were able to catch up by scoring two goals to equalize the score.

What is very interesting is that Juventus this season is performing very well and has even managed to surpass last season.

Milan were having a hard game away and the fact they were leading with 2 goals to 0 in the first half and picked a point from Napoli, that could be called an achievement.

And bout Jose Mourinho, he needs to take some time off for good. AS Roma needs a Coach who attacks more than he defends, they have the players in who can do that.

The results of Roma aren't good at all and I believe Mourinho will not continue with the team in the future if the results continue to be like that.. He is quite overconsumed by his rivals and predictable in the way of playing I find.
So Inter won as expected and they are leading with 2 points difference from Juventus and distant by 3 points from Milan. These teams are still close to each other.

Thuram's good performance cannot be separated from the unified performance of the Inter Milan players, making it easier for Thuram to continue to develop with Inter Milan and it is clear that Thuram is a player who has made better progress after he joined Inter Milan.

Well Acmilan were dominating the game,  performed better than them and even scored twice in the 1st half but they were so relaxed in the 2nd half and Napoli too advantage of it and equalized the match, i would've said Napoli were so luck but it wasn't really all about luck, they played more decently in the 2nd half of the game and Milan were even more lucky they didn't get a comeback to win the match.

 Acmilan were really careless in the 2nd half they were the visiting team but relaxed since they were already leading by 2 goals like it was their home ground, the players would be very disappointed at themselves cause lately they've not really been performing well since they lost against Juve and they've dropped from 1st to 3rd in the standings they need to sit up as well as winning their next league match cause it would be really bad if drop to 4th or below.

I really enjoyed the Napoli vs Milan match... It was really a battle with a dramatic scenario... After the first half I had no doubts that Milan would win, but in the second half Napoli managed to equalise with two goals... Serie A pleases me every time...

Napoli did not give up that easily and let AC Milan win this match, even though they were behind in the first half, in the second half they immediately stepped on the gas and did not take long to get their first goal in the 50th minute.

Actually, the first half was in favor of Milan and whoever sees the game from the first half will think that Napoli will be defeated with more then two goals. To my greatest surprise, Napoli took the courage and played the game with all seriousness of equalizing the goals and it worked for them. From the way the match ended it showed that Napoli fought till the end because they still closed the gap of one man down and didn't give Milan any opportunity to score the third goal. Napoli did a great work yesterday and their effort kept their reputation in Seria A yesterday.

Draw is not bad but if we are talking about the competition to stay at the top and this is actually a bad result for acmilan. Acmilan needs to get three points to keep up with intermilan which is very strong at the first position right now.

Inter always seem to have a way to seize the opportunities that exist and indeed Thuram was brought in as a free agent. That is another advantage that Inter has gained apart from Thuram's good performance so far. Lautaro Martinez will always be the captain and pillar of the team and his maturity is getting better every season. I feel Lautaro Martinez will continue to score goals this season, especially since he is currently the top scorer in Serie A with 11 goals.

I feel that Inter's performance this season is much more stable and they always try harder to win so that their chances of dominating until the end of the season are still maintained. That is why Simeone Inzaghi's squad will be one step ahead of rival teams such as Milan, Juventus and Napoli.

But then I changed my mind because I saw the history of meetings between these two teams last season when Oshimen was injured last season and at that time AC Milan was able to beat Napoli very well. Indeed. They were leading with 2 goals at that time, I never think that they will be very easy to get 2 conceded goals in second half. I don't see Osimhen in Napoli lineup, I think Napoli attackers won't be quite strong. Moreover, after conceded 2 goals in the first half, I assume Napoli players will be difficult to improve their game due to the lack of their confident. But I was wrong, in fact Napoli players could come back in the second half. They showed that they never give up to equalize the score. Honestly, I really appreciated what Napoli players have done in the second half.

AC Milan showed their weakness against big teams. In the last two matches in Serie A, they played against big teams  and they never got a single win. They were also defeated by Inter Milan in matchday 4. It indicates that AC Milan is only superior when they play against mediocre teams or small teams. With this condition, I'm not sure AC Milan can survive in the top 3 of Serie A until the end of the season.

Fiorentina last loses from Empoli is really unexpected because at that time most people has been predict the match against Empoli will be so easy for them especially before that match Fiorentina has been able to beat Napoli and today Fiorentina want to bounce back with attempts to beat Lazio but Lazio cannot be underestimate because Lazio records was quite impressive at home and during this season they only lose once in Serie A at home

About team conditions if Sarri want to rotation Lazio squad then Taty Castellanos probably will be played as centre striker to replace Ciro Immobile with Felipe Anderson as right winger and for Fiorentina Bonaventura who not in the squad when Fiorentina beat FC Cukaricki at European Conference League probably will be played since early match and Fiorentina has poor records during playing at Lazio home because in the last 8 matches they were unable to win and these records makes me confident Lazio will be able to beat Fiorentina today and Lazio odds is @2.31

AC Milan showed their weakness against big teams. In the last two matches in Serie A, they played against big teams  and they never got a single win. They were also defeated by Inter Milan in matchday 4. It indicates that AC Milan is only superior when they play against mediocre teams or small teams. With this condition, I'm not sure AC Milan can survive in the top 3 of Serie A until the end of the season.

This is just a beginning! With no creativity strategy from Pioli, next few match we will see AC Milan lose from a bottom team. After winning scudetto, Pioli manage to focus on triangle scheme. In case, AC Milan can't makes a single goal, Milan will do a long pass and its look like Milan won't trying to play with a tempo to find a good opportunity to scoring goal.
