It's just the beginning of the season so it's hard to tell which team will be the favorites to win the title at the end.

A decline in performance in a team is quite natural because throughout the season there will definitely be declines and increases in a team's performance, but for Napoli this season is a little different because they have changed coaches which of course also affects their performance which will not be like last season.
