The board has come to agreement over signing a player to fill up the role for Juan Cuadrado. He's such a great player who adds both to them defense and attackers at the same time. Actually, it's not a serious problem for Inter Milan because this player is also not very good. But the current situation of the Inter Milan squad doesn't look really good, the reason is, Denzel Dumfries also injured and Inter surely lacks second tier players in that position if Cuadrado unavailable too. Well I don't know how serious the injury is but since it's one that requires him to undergo a surgery, that means Inter would have to look for a temporary replacement for him, well like you said they still got Damian but if he was as good as Cuadrado then I don't think Intermilan would had got him but also in as much as Damian is still available, I think they'll still need a substitute player to stand for him in case of fatigue or a necessary substitution in that position.
