This has always been the typical style of Italian football, one goal is always what's separates both sides during Italian derby matches, derby matches are rarely characterize by much goals in the seria A, I wasnt really expecting both teams to produce more than two goals either because juventus and Roma are both highly defensive side respectively which was why we didn't see much goal on the night, perhaps juventus had the home advantage thats why they won the match if not the match would have ended without a single goal but all thanks to juve for breaking the deadlock.

But the match surprised me a little because Jose Mourinho managed to provide far greater ball possession opportunities than Juventus. In fact, usually Jose Mourinho's strategy is to make a full defense so that they don't dominate possession of the ball. The match was much more balanced and both teams played quite carefully, but Juventus managed to take advantage of the opportunity to score a goal through Rabiot.

I have absolutely no doubt that Juventus Turin regrets to not be in the situation to be thinking about other competitions or do you think that the players sit at home, watch their fellow competitors play in the Champions League and be happy about it? Come on not really. All of them want to play in the Champions League and the worst that can happen to these stars is when they don't qualify for whatever reason there was. In this case it was a penalty, but they certainly don't enjoy to miss out on playing those big games in their career.

This season there is clearly no competition being participated in by juventus apart from them focusing all their strength on serie A. Of course all the player want to play in the Champions League because the champions League is a prestigious league in the world. I think juventus will make the best use of the previous mistake, where Allegri squad currently sits in 2nd place in the standing and is only 2 point behind Inter milan.  Last season it was true that a penalty from the FIGC meant that juventus failed to penetrate the Champions League, But this season they were able to show their best performance in improving their performance to be able to play in the champions League next season.

Juventus is also among the teams that won the scudetto this season and if they succeed in doing so, Juventus could turn their fortunes around for the better this season. I also praise Allegri good performance because He was able to utilize the existing squad to perform well in serie A. Even this season juventus did not buy enough quality player but they managed to maintain their performance quite consistently.

The only one who can compete with Inter Milan at the moment is Juventus.

These teams will face each other by the beginning of February and until then Juventus games aren't that hard to win while Inter will face Fiorentina then Inter then Roma, without counting Champions League match against Atletico Madrid shortly after it. This will give Juventus a slight advantage in my opinion because with the high rhythm comes injuries..

Napoli still have a really solid record against Torino in head-to-head games actually. Considering the statistics in this season Napoli are one of the best teams in away games as well.

As far as I know the numbers have been quite a bit misleading in recent years when everybody thought that the Premier League must have been the league with the highest average number of goals scored per game, but I believe it was the Serie A that had the highest average.

However, looking at the tables from both leagues now it has changed I think for this season. The Premier League clubs at the top of the table score and concede more I think. The top ranked teams in Serie A actually don't have a very high number of goals per game. Inter Milan pushes that number down because they have such a good defense. They are scoring enough goals, but hardly concede any goals so that also pushes down that number.

I'm happy to see Juventus won this game against Roma because now we have a more interesting race in the top side of the Serie A in which Inter Milan is in the first place while there is only a two-point gap between them and Juventus.

I just discovered that the defending Champions of Seria A ( Scudetto Competition ) are currently eighth position currently on the league standing. This is as a result of the poor Rudi Garcia who dragged this particular down to the mud.
I don't know too well about them head to head but this could still be a tough game. Victor Oshime would most likely not be involved as he'll be in camp with his National Team mates.

The African Cup of Nations Competitions begins soon and I don't think they want to risk him. He should be freed and allowed to go. The African Cup of Nations Competitions would be very important for Nigerians, they'll need their start man around.

Let's narrow it down to five games away from home, they've just won twice amd lost three, ain't that a poor show? They'll find the game difficult to win.

Milan flopped at some point, I was thinking they'll want to get the current manager sacked since he got dumped out of the Champions League group stage just like it was for them last season.
We all shall monitor of he successfully lead them well in the European Europa League Competition. But in the league, it feels like a safe passage for them into the next Champions League.

I didn't follow Fiorentina very well, they're not amongst the clubs I fan in Italian Seria A. Disappointed with Atalanta though because I believe they can do better.

For Juventus, Props to to them, they're doing what's meant to be done. I hope they get to finalize the signature of Kalvin Philips from Manchester City they need that additional players in midfied and attack who can convert chances for em.

Allegri got the job done pretty well against roma. Roma was not weak but juventus is always able preventing it from attacking the goal keeper. Juventus is not the same as last season but there is a slight improvement that is happening with the club. Allegri has been also praising his club for the won against roma which is one of strongest club in the serie a

Glad to see that vlahovic is feeling even more confidence with his performance in the club. I can't wait another action to come from him soon.

Juventus have really improved than last season and yes they’re not so sharp up there in the attack but they are composed defensively. And you know what they say, defense is the best form of attack.They concede less and also try to score at least one or two and get all 3 points and that’s one big way to win te league. As it stands, they’re are a better option than Inter who seem shaky since Lautaro’s injury.

 Allegiri is one coach that knows how to manage his team to victory and brings out the confidence in his players and we can see that in vlahovic.
