I don’t think his failure to return to top form after being injured is because of another reason other than the misunderstanding he had with the team, also the team’s poor performance generally also had an effect on the players individual performance. All the players struggled throughout the season and Osimhen was one of the very few who still managed to give an average performance, it’s not every player that can be injured and still return with top performance and any player that does that is quite an elite player.

100 million for Osimhen is still quite reasonable not excessive with the age and performance he currently has.
Indeed if we compare between this season and the previous season there are indeed some changes where Osimhen's performance seems to decline, but I think his performance this season is also not too bad especially after getting 15 goals in Serie A with the conditions he had a lot of internal problems with the club and the injuries he had actually he was still quite productive.

It's funny how up.till this time, there are still too many uncertainties and inconclusive deals around osimhens movement, at some point it's appearing like Napoli still gat some interest in him and are not willing to let go and so they are putting up such bid so if they eventually loose him they get to make huge profit but that away, I believe too many clubs are interested including the club of his choice of which he could have been signed up with them except for all these bitches around the deal to get him across moving from Napoli. Considering that Conte is also more interested in bringing in Lukaku than keeping Osimhen, then I don't think it's right for Napoli to set a high price on Osimhen.
