I don't think so, Lukaku isn't as sharp as he was a few seasons ago and his performance has declined so far. I don't think Lukaku can really replace Osimhen's role with high goal productivity, but Lukaku could be an option for the vacant center forward. I can't say for sure whether Lukaku is reliable, but he doesn't seem as quick and aggressive in attack as before.

Victor Osimhen joins Galatasaray on loan after Napoli exile

Victor Osimhen has joined Galatasaray on a season-long loan from Napoli, the Turkish club announced on Wednesday.

Galatasaray will pay €6 million ($6.65 million) net to the 25-year-old Nigeria international for the 2024-2025 season, the club said in a statement, with Napoli adding that the agreement lasts until the end of June.
Osimhen signed a contract extension with the Italian club last December through to 2026 with a reported release clause of €130 million.

You have mentioned an important point. Lukaku is a talented player. But he cannot maintain the consistency of performance. I agree with you .AC Milan team performance is not satisfactory because they draw 2 matches and they lose 1 match. They could not win one match on Series A .
