I get that it may not be a simple situation for anyone, but if we can handle this, then we are going to end up with much better results without a doubt.

I agree with you.  Dortmund's performance in the Bundesliga is very poor . I have lost several times betting on dortmund's matches in the Bundesliga. Dortmund is not able to play well in the Bundesliga even against weak teams. That's why I avoid  betting on dortmund's matches in the Bundesliga now.

Yes, they can ensure themselves to bring an away win and make it easier for them when the second leg later. In the second leg later they only need a draw to make them advance to the last 16, or even a defeat as long as they do not lose by more than 2 goals then they will still be in the last 16. Despite Dortmund winning Sporting by 0 - 3 I doubt they will able to contend for the UCL for long. Slagging in their league performance should have been something they would have avoided early enough because the competition after the playoffs will be too fierce and it will take more than experience to keep up with the tension.

They did perform quite well in the Champions League since the qualifying round, but it is very unfortunate that despite their best efforts in that round, they were only able to finish in 10th position which made them have to fight again in the playoff round.

They have been playing quite a great game in the champions league and their performance in the Bundesliga has been poor. They as a team should know that champions league is very hard to win for teams like them than they’ll get to win the Bundesliga trophy. Selling of their star players is what many people have blamed them for to be the cause of them not making it to win any trophies. They should at least adjust in that aspect to stand a chance more in competitions they’re participating in.

If Xabi Alonso's students don't win this game then it is technically over for them when it comes to the league title.    Even if they win the gap will be 5 points. Moreover, everyone was expecting Dortmund to win against the team, but for you to have hope that Dortmund will be able to meet up even in the Bundesliga shows that you don’t even know what is happening in the Bundesliga because presently Dortmund is 11th in the table with 29 points, which means they are 10 points below Frankfurt, which has 39 points as the top in the table, so I won’t doubt seeing Dortmund in the top 10 teams before the end of the season in the Bundesliga, but for them to meet up to the trophy, I don’t think they can both in the Champions League and the Bundesliga.

Niko Kovac's second match with Dortmund was quite impressive in the Champions League playoff against Sporting. I didn't expect Dortmund to play well, stable and disciplined.
