I didn't see the game but judging by the lineup/substitutions Bayer played with a rotational lineup, hence the result. By the way, the statistics are rather strange:

I understand that not every shot on target is dangerous, but it looks very unbalanced.

Shots that are locked by the players or shots that are not blocked but miss the target, with the mention the blocked ones don't have to be near goal misses. So, a bit misleading, a player can kick it from 20 meters and get blocked but the ball might have gone 30 meters over.
Not to defend Bayer as they played as poorly as they could but that's a bit of an exaggeration for the game.

Anyhow I was saying that the pressure is on Bayer to win not on Bayern, and they flopped, if they don't win in the direct match next time it's basically done.

For the sake of Harry Kane i sincerely want Bayern Munich to win the Bundesliga title this season so that he can attach a major trophy to his name after devoting his time and effort to the team. When Kompany was named as Bayern Munich manager, not many people agreed that he could lead Bayern Munich this far and they have been at the top of the table for a very long time now so i don't see any much circumstances that will make the team to drop points and Bayern Leverkusen overtakes them. I don't know the problem of these clubs at times when the ovation is loud and people are busy praising them, especially when they have defeated tougher clubs. I think there is a miscalculation here. Bayern has 54 points while Leverkusen has 46 points so if we find the difference between the two we should have 8 points difference. Bayern has to win their next match to extend the gap to 11 so they have a higher chance of winning their first trophy for Kompany.

The probability  of  Kompany  winning his first trophy in the first year of his career as Bayern Munich manager is 9:10. The ratio is because we have Leverkusen who are actively chasing from behind but if the 8 points gap is  maintained till the 35th match for the season should be enough to win the title.

I agree so well with you, Bayern Leverkusen isn't underperforming because recently the narrative is almost looking like they aren't performing well enough so far and they have got a really poor season meanwhile like you said its actually easier to win than to defend and this team is doing everything best within their power to make sure they have a chance even if the point differences is quiet bigbi still believe they have got a chance regardless and so I'm not giving up on Leverkusen but just hoping for the best for them.

So that in several matches it always ends in a draw when playing away and is unable to beat the opponent. Unlike Munich who always dares to take risks to try to continue to put pressure on the opponent and can create a winning score to get full points.
