Dortmund are just not a team to be trusted at all. They had a big opportunity to keep up with Bayern Munich but they wasted it again. Koln were of course a difficult opponent for them but Dortmund should have been able to win this crucial match. Now, we are back to the old version of this rivalry. Bayern Munich are six points ahead of Dortmund once more and this has made me starting to believe that Dortmund won't get another chance to get closer to Bayern Munich as of now.

Really sad about what Dortmund has showed yesterday against Cologne and that it was not possible for them to win there game.
All in one it was a bit strange matchday yesterday with the 2 draws , i expected at least Leipzig that they will win but looks like Frankfurt have given all to not lose.
Only right bet for me was Leverkusen won there match against Wolfsburg.

Dortmund lost very important two points against Koln unfortunately. I was really hoping them to win this match and stay four points behind Bayern Munich in the standings as well. But there was a 1-1 draw at the end. And Erling Haaland hasn't scored for three weeks too. He needs to be productive like in the times before he got injured. Dortmund are having better results when he plays very well too. This was already a tough match of course but Dortmund were still a much better team. And in this critical title fight, they should have won.

Borussia have seriously worsened their chances (although if honestly they were scanty anyway) because the number of games until the end of the championship has decreased, and the gap has not changed. In addition, it was a rare chance that Bayern gave and it was very stupid not to take advantage of it - there will be very few such chances. Of the leading group besides Bayern, only Bayer took three points and significantly improved their position in the fight for third place.

Leipzig will play Leverkusen directly in a couple of weeks. I have the feeling that this match could decide who will come out 3rd. Besides, Leverkusen still will have to play Hoffenheim and Freiburg, whereas Leipzig has games against Dortmund and Hoffenheim. Those are the important matches that will make the difference in the end.

Next week's top game is Dortmund vs Leipzig. Odds are at 2.45/3.5/2.75, almost perfectly balanced! I am sceptical that Dortmund will be able to win this game and might bet on Leipzig.

An unwanted result came to Borussia Dortmund this time, yes they had to settle for sharing points with Koln which caused the points gap to widen again from leaders Bayern Munich. Looks like Koln is too tough in this match for them to beat. Actually they were able to take the lead in the first 10 minutes of the match. But Cologne was able to equalize 10 minutes before half-time.

Both team have strong enough in Bundesliga. Koln vs Dortmund match result was 1-1.Dortmund and koln played very well, unfortunately both team didn’t score one more goal.Both team did try their best for win.Dortmund has been took more short in target tha koln.Dortmund have still chance to closet point in Bayern Munich.

I really want Borussia Dortmund to come closer with points to Bayern Munich in the league table because then the end of the season and of course the games would be much more exciting. However, if they doesn't take advantage of opportunities like this and draws with Koln (Im not saying it is weak team), I'm afraid that now it would not only have to be a surprise, but a real miracle for something to change at the top of the table.

I believe that Dortmund doesn't have that championship DNA with this roster. I mean the team itself have been champions plenty of times before, but the roster do not have too many players who lived championship before. Bayern on the other hand is a team filled with championship players and they know what they need to do and they know how to take it to next gear very easily whenever they need to. Though Bayern is marching ahead with 20 wins out of 27 and Dortmund has equally performed so good and now is with 18 wins and need 2 more wins to reach Bayern which is really going to be challenging but yes lot possibility for Dortmund.  Dortmund has got a high chance of winning its upcoming matches against RB Leipzig, VfB Stuttgart, Wolfsburg. RB Leipzig is not a easy team to win but yes Dormund will beat them up.

Despite being in the Haaland squad, Dortmund's performance has not improved. Haaland's performance against Koln was disappointing. Koln is not a weak team. So Haaland's cooperation was definitely needed to win this match. But his performance was not good. Even his performance against Mainz in the previous match was not good. Most of the time peoples have more expectations from Dortmund which are not possible for them to fulfil because they have never been true team like a champion we can expect something from RP Leipzig or Leverkusen.

But, Dortmund is never been a good team for having championship even they have one of the best player in current soccer generation but sadly most of the time they are doing things out of field for having good profit from selling players and never try to do some things which help them for having some solid challenge for Bayern Munich which is really the worst thing from them, I have watch in last few seasons now with current season is going to end I can expect some good performance from Leverkusen, Hoffenheim and Leipzig for next season instead of Dortmund which are going to sell Haaland with some good profit.

And for the first time ever, they have got close to the leader this much seriously. But they just wasted this chance in a very generous way against Koln. It was a poor performance by Dortmund and the game resulted in a 1-1 draw too. I wish Haaland started playing more effective as well. But he is not the player to blame here of course. And for the first time ever, they have got close to the leader this much seriously. But they just wasted this chance in a very generous way against Koln. I won't blame Dortmund that very much for poor performance for sometime,  I just know every team has that particular time they perform so poorly,  Dortmund will bounce back they need to put their players in order to work hard.

That wasn't the first time that Dortmund missed such rare opportunity. Bayern missed 18 points so far and ironically they didn't lose more than 4 goals for years and more than 6 draws. If we consider this true then Dortmund won't catch it.
Both teams have some challenging games including facing each others. Although some Dortmund fans are hoping that their team might get a chance I think that the game vs Leipzig and vs Bayern itself will close this season chapter.

Before this match Dortmund actually already showing poor performance and wasting several opportunity to get 3 points from important matches and failed to cut their gap points with Bayern on standings league and one of the caused why Dortmund playing poor is because of injured storm for several key players which makes they performance not stable and it was happens since February that from 10 matches Dortmund only can able to win 5 times and besides that admit it or not Dortmund really depends on Haaland and if Haaland not playing Dortmund always be hard to makes scores

Dortmund has got so many chances of overtaking Bayern Munich but they took it for granted and missed the opportunity. It is so clear that for a couple of weeks Bayern has not been good and consistent in the bundesliga. It was a good opportunity for Dortmund to strike but they failed to do it for a couple of times and still doing same till now. Since they could not do it till now, I am not sure they could do it again because the only thing that would have further distracted Bayern Munich is champions league and now they did not have threatening fixture in the champions league.
