I think that you shall not under estimate bayern caused by sometime it can give you a surprise like beating union with huge score. Yes, I understand your reasoning and the statistics seem to show that BTTS is a more likely outcome than not. The problem is in the odds - in order to make an average profit, you have to make a profitable bet. If you could bet BTTS with odds of 1.9, it would most likely be profitable. And 1.71 is a fair odds (without your edge) - you may or may not win, but I don't think that if you take 100 of these games and make 100 bets, you will end up with a profit.

Union Berlin are on top of the bundesliga because they are playing well for now, they are not there by chance, but Dortmund is a bigger team than them in Germany, so whenever the two of them play against each other, people will always feel that Dortmund will win the game. I don't think bayern can beat freiburg easily. Freiburg is a bit better compared with dortmund. Remember bayern can only get draw against dortmund. I expect the same thing gonna happen with bayern when it will be against freiburg. Freiburg was still in the second position at this moment.
