If they lose all of these players they had better have a plan to fill their places in the squad. It is important for them to keep the squad quality as high as possible.

Even alexander nubel is also willing to leave from the club. So many players are interesting to get a new challenge by leaving from bayern or they won't able to get regular time to play in the main squad.

I agree with you and I think BVB is a club that has an objective of honesty in the sense of always producing new talent for sale but also has the aim of getting first place in this league of the Bundesliga.
We can see the performance in the previous season if Dortmund was able to catch up with Bayern Munich points until they almost won the bindesliga title, only in the final game of the season Dortmund lost control of playing inconsistently which made it behind points from Munich.

I agree with @MarjorieZimmermanGinger that there is more chance for Neymar to actually go to Dortmund. And the only thing Dortmund is good at doing is bringing up players who are young and whenever they start showing good potential, selling them for good amount of money. They cannot do that with Neymar. And I don’t even think that they are going to spend that much salary for a player. When they can just give the salary to probably more than one young player easily.

It seems, I missed something from the various rumors linking Dortmund in this summer's transfer window. I admit, my attention has always been on Kane and Bayern Munich. I tried to find references to read rumors about Neymar's transfer to Dortmund, but none that I got from several news sources which have always been my reference. assuming, I'm not sure how Dortmund got interested in Neymar. that's why, I try to find this gossip. Neymar can never be a good option for a team like Dortmund and I'm sure they know this player is far from his good form and he can't have good performance anymore. Also as far as I know Dortmund usually prefers to use the younger talents in the team instead of buying expensive and older players like Neymar.
