To be successful this year, the team needs to get used to each other. Kompany is now a part of this team, if he stays in this team for many years, maybe they can be successful. They need to be given a chance, maybe they can be a team that plays very well

I doubt if Kompany will do very much better than Thomas Tuchel in this his first season, because when it comes to experiences, Tuchel is way far more than Kompany in their managerial career, Therefore, thinking that Kompany would this first season do magic with the Bayern team is something that I don't believe it will be easy for him to do, when having Bayern Leverkusen and Alonso as their manager to competewith, but I more of think that they would have a fair season play in the end than dominate the season with trophies.

A new season and a new journey for Kane to put an end to his title longing...    I have no doubt he will once again give his everything to help his team make it. It was a dream season for him the last time. He was a goal machine undoubtedly. He took a big responsibility in his first year there already. This effort deserves titles I believe.

However if we see Kompany struggling in his first season... I assume Xabi Alonso would be quite likely to go for a back-to-back title. He has already made an insane start to his career by breaking records. It would be a big thing to improve his career more.

Is not has if they won't play well but for how long will Bayen be able to main their performance because is just as if they don't have enough capacity to be able to move to the end, and even without their former coach they will play well but to some extent am very sure their will be a lot of changes, and that changes might actually affect their performance. The quality of their players are dropping, if this coach wants to take them to the next level then  he have to make use of the players he have and also impact them with his own strategies then let's see whether is strategy will work or not.

I don't know why people are having serious doubts about Kompanys coaching and I feel they should give him a trail, I think everybody deserves a chance to prove himself and that is what Kompany needs right now, beryan it's already a made club, what Bayern needs right now is for Kompany to put in is best for the club.

Scoring a lot of goals for the teams he's been playing for as a professional footballer and still haven't gotten the opportunity of winning a silverware is something the England international can't wait to put an end to. Next season under new Bayern Munich manager Vincent Kompany, Kane will try again and with the help of his teammates, he might just be breaking the deadlock of being a trophyless footballer.

Let's try to take it easy on kompany with the level of doubts and expectations we have on and from him at this same time as this is doing no good in the real sense. he may not have all the experience up on which we could build our faith and trust in his expected performance but we can actually allow him do what is possible within his level of experience and this too is an opportunity to add to his experience, ofcourse other top Coach whom with we sre making the comparison against company, were once at rhos level where he is and they at a time letter got better and today they are doing so well that we are using the as a measure for comparison and expectations.

This can happen when Bayern have a good performance and Kompany does a good job as a new coach. Because after all, even though it is certain that Kane wants to get a trophy for the first time, but it becomes difficult when he struggles alone just like he did last season.
