To me i think Dortmund is the second most unserious team in the world after Arsenal, like they only have their luck that the Germain Bundesliga is not really that competitive like that of the English premier league and the Spanish la liga else they could have find themselves not playing in the UEFA champions league for like two season before they can start getting serious, like Dortmund is just so annoying, at start they will be playing incredibly fine going toes to toes with Bayern Munich but before you know it you will see them slacking and because they don't have much teams to challenge them at the end of they season they will end up qualifying for the UEFA champions league, very annoying.

We may also think that Dortmund will be able to matchup the performance of Bayern Munich since they’ve been eliminated from the champions league and are not taking part in the game again. After Dortmund lost to Leipzig, it was confirmed that they were out of the title race. After losing to leipzig , they also lost to munich. And now  the point gap between the two teams is 11.

It is not possible for dortmund to close such a big gap. Firstly , their performance is still quite erratic. Secondly , munich's performance is much more stable and consistent  than dortmund's. You are very correct in that comparison as PSG and Bayern Munic have dominated their respective leagues for a long time now. The one time the title slipped from Bayern Munic was when Bayern Leverkusen did the impossible, an era I dont think will happen again because Ayern Munic are intentional about the trophy and are taking everyone of their match very serious. Assuming Dortmund was able tk beat them last weekend, that would have slowed them down so much and make the league a little contestable but that loss just confirm that Bayern Munic have put the title into their pocket already.

What I dislike about the German bundesliga is that any team that spring up and build a remarkable squad that can
 challenge Bayern Munich dominance in the German bundesliga will be weakened the following season and Bayern Munich is also part of that, since they are more financially capable than the rest of other bundesliga teams.
Just look at how borussia dortmund and Bayern Leverkusen were weakened after they won the league during the time of klopp at borussia dortmund and xabi Alonso at Leverkusen, so we should not expect the German bundesliga to be a fair competition because the quality and financial might apart with Bayern Munich and the rest of other bundesliga teams is just too much for any of them to challenge Bayern Munich in the league title race.

I agree, the Bundesliga isn't an easy place. Bayern Munich completely dominates this league. Furthermore, considering squad quality, they have the best squad in the Bundesliga. Dominating a league with tough teams like Dortmund, Leverkusen, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart every year isn't easy. We're still seeing Bayern Munich performing at their best. As long as Bayern Munich continues like this, they will consistently win and be champions every year.

Dortmund just couldn't hold onto their best players. If they kept those talents at the team I can't imagine how strong they would be now! 

Currently there is a serious gap between the squad qualities of these teams for this reason.
