Xabi Alonso is a great guy that's the more reason why I think he would fei better in Liverpool just like he did in Bayer Leverkusen but if he's given the contract this time he has to man up and take responsibilities also he needs to be in charge of the dressing room and not bring division amongst the players just like the rumors that circulated online which is the reason why he left Real Madrid but this time he is going to have the power to make decisions in the Liverpool team because most English teams allow players to take direct instructions from the coach not like some teams where the players decide when to listen to the manager and the instructions they choose to obey.

Xabi Alonso won’t play, reason why he didn’t enjoy his stay in Real Madrid is because the players hardly take his instruction and honestly regardless of who you are as a coach if the players don’t take coach instruction there is no way, the coaching strategy will go as he want.

I think that is what affected Xabi Alonso, the Real Madrid players wasn’t really giving him the respect they are suppose to give him as a coach, and that is why he wasn’t able to deliver the expected result in that team.

If he goes to Liverpool, maybe there will be a positive change, he is experience manager that can do well, and honestly he will do everything possible to see that he make things workout for any team he work with, that is what I studied about Xabi Alonso. Although his stay in the Premier league was actually good, just that the players were not so good to him.

Until Real Madrid properly evaluates the coaches and does not create players who obey the coach, Real Madrid will not improve. Xabi Alonso was a great coach, he proved how much he can take the team forward if the players obey him by winning the title with the fragile Leverkusen. A player is not good for his team until that player knows how to respect his coach.

He'll definitely rest some of his important players because while many rested, the best players in the squad continued playing for their national teams.
