I use www.decent-db.com, and I can see the number of active miners are different from day to day, some times more than 40, and some day less then 30, is that means the mine mechanism is not stable now?

The mechanism has always been stable and algorithm based. People vote for the number of miners and the consensus may differ every 24h. On the last 3 days we've seen a number between 20 and 30. It seems to be consolidating around 21, which is the number of witnesses in Steem.

I think there is also a voting mechanism, the number of active miners is voted by all the stakeholders in my opinion, as a DPOS community, almost all the decision can be made by voting.

Exactly. I'd also like to add it is stake-based.

Yes indeed many people only care about bounty.
But I think there are also many people who care about the continuation of the project, it's just that we may not know who the person.

People knew the rules of the bounty campaign coming in and thus don't complain. If you go back a couple of pages, you will see that a person with multiple account was caught relentlessly complaining about the bounties, with the agenda of racking up more post for current bounty campaigns that he's currently involved in. So it's good to think of the agenda of those complaining, especially when they clearly know that the bounties will be released in stages.

At least provide a wallet for participants to receive DCT tokens, and this has not been given from teams or devs who worked hard overnight on the current distribution, and to date they have not given any updates yet, how to receive this token ...

Your communication with us is poor and terrible, so many simple things could have been done to solve this, no presence here or in your slack, bounties are beeing ignored now for more than a year without any announcement in that regard, Shame. Thank you for your information. It seems that the number of active witnesses is much less than the delegates in the Lisk, which is fixed at 101. Why not to have more witnesses, I think 20 ro 30 is too small.

Time to buy more soon it will go the moon dev is pushing this project to masses and I hope more people will join this project. I think before end of this year price will reach to $5 than some apps will be ready.

DECENT number of witnesses is 29. You can vote for a different number if you wish.
Lisk has a block time of 10s compared to DECENT's 5s only. Besides, confirmation in Lisk may take much longer than in DECENT. In DECENT it is currently taking less than 2 minutes under these settings.

Yea, it's time to start asking about the bounty distribution. I hate to be a bounty troll, I haven't asked in about 3-4 months. We're going into month # 2 since the launch and the bounties were supposed to be distributed in batches for 3 months. It's a legitimate question. I've never waited so long for a bounty. 

No worries man, I got the troll covered.
To be more clear, it's actually quite crowded under this bridge and not enough rats to eat for the both of us...
So I'm going to have to tell you to kick rocks and find some other thread to troll...

I'm guessing they're going to do it linear from the bounty participant list. From the ones on top, to those who registered last. Seems easiest that way for the team.
