It's legit, and from what I gather I think Decent asking for everyone to re generate a new phrase is a very responsible move. From what I gather it seems that a lot of new people who created an account to receive their bounties, were also sending the team their recovery phrase since this is all new to them. I'm sure the team discarded them, but to be on the up and up, they're requiring all to regenerate a new phrase. That's my theory.

I just logged into my Decent Account. In small-printed lines I read something like once the blockchain was released the Decent coins can be transferred. Wasn't the blockchain released yet, was it? I thought it was in June or did I get something wrong?

You have to move your coins from the ICO account to the decentgo wallet. Important: you have to login on decentgo after requesting the move from the ICO coins to the wallet.
I think it is save to keep them on decentgo.com, because as I know, there is no other wallet at the moment existing.

Let me clear it up. Every transaction (including account creation) usually costs something. Account creation costs 0.005 DCT. In this case, DECENTGO (aka dev team) paid this one for you.

I'm in no rush to collect the bounty I just found it quite humorous! I'll hold these for a few years and they will either be worth 10-100x more or worthless, but I'd rather give them away for free than sell them at this value.

I still hold my ARK bounty which is now worth 0.7 BTC, pretty mad getting that much money for typing on a website. Other signature campaigns I have participated in as well are worth much more now than when I sold, lesson learned really!

I think just like you and I am not selling either. Well, in fact I saw my bitquence tokens multiply by 30x because I didn't hurry to sell. It paid for other 29 projects that possibly fail (none has yet, in fact all of them have been pumping, so this is quite good).
