Just to let everyone know that does any RENTING.
Slush's has not had a block in over 17hours. As you know this is rare for 50PH/s. This might be a good time to send some Hashpower over there.

Free S7 here I come with a couple of blocks. =) Let's gamble. =) P.S I love the fact that SLUSH gives their members the ability to vote for the size of the BLOCK. Why would we want to hinder the Block size by 1MB? That is simply insanity if you've noticed all the delay and increase in fees for transmission due to the smaller block size. UPDATE - HIT 2 BLOCKS!!! WOOT!, UPDATE # 2 - A Ton more blocks after that. Thanks AriesV10 for the heads up. WOOT!

403436 16 minutes 514 5,779.20 BTC AntPool 303.46 403435 21 minutes 1061 9,651.40 BTC AntPool 482.62 403434 31 minutes 211 861.00 BTC AntPool 603.89 403433 32 minutes 1919 14,391.75 BTC AntPool 905.88

And yet the hashrate seems to have stabilized since mid-Feb. despite several batches shipping... I'm guessing the lower prices are attracting smaller at-home miners, but big buys have slowed down. That and it would take 118 ph/s to come online in difficulty period for a 10% increase now. I feel like we're entering into another flat diff. period like last year.

That and it would take 118 ph/s to come online in difficulty period for a 10% increase now. I feel like we're entering into another flat diff. period like last year. Could be that the majority of the Big buyers would get in early, and perhaps at better prices than on the website, and that we are as you describe mopping up the tail of smaller home miners with the ever decreasing price? I think also the latest high difficulty increases will have caused a lot of older miners to be shut down, and we have yet to see real volumes of 14/16nm, so a period of flat difficulty might be on the cards? If Bitfury actually sells miners to us; Bitmain will probably release an S9 with new chips a month or two after. Ironically its probably in our best interest that Bitfury not sell us miners. That being said; I want new miners already.

We can make a bet: who will delivery miners first? Bitfury's 16nm or Bitmain's 16nm??

I am still buying S7s right now. My numbers are still showing that there is a return.
I do have the belief that there will be an increase in BTC and a mild upward trend in difficulty over the next two months, then a dramatic downward trend after that due to more miners getting out of the business.

Whats your electricity/fee cost? I have all of my miners hosted/collocated for me here in the US and have very good rates with my vendor and have been with him since December.

With the frequency it should be batch 8 or above. Others run at lower frequency on batch 8 and above it's 700 freq default. I would also say if yours is working .... don't mess with firmware. Don't fix what is not broke.

One of my miners stopped hashing. I can get to the web UI, everything seems normal but hardware is x.x.x.x and hashrate is 0, showing no board information at all, not even x or - http://pastebin.com/bZBhnA6s

try it and hope you don't brick your gear. the s-7 can be set manual 70% is full speed about 4200 to 4600 rpm so why do any firmware ? because they are know to brick miners. and disable features. seriously does you fan spin? can you do manual settings? if yes do not do the firmware. 55% manual drops speed down to less then killer sound maybe 3300 - 3500 rpm 35% manual gets you to 2600 - 2800 but you must lower freq.
