There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Just got off the phone with the US Army talked to a Corporal who I will not be naming
Explained the entire situation to him he looked up everything and filed a report sure enough Paul Vernon was dishonorable discharged for sexual misconduct towards a minor in February of 1991
Also the discharge records are going to be included with the SEC filing

PS: It should be hitting Coindesk and Cryptocoinsnews soon forwarded them the conversation and initial filing with the Florida District Attorney

I sent a photo of what I bought with the whole 72? bucks I raised and spent over 100 on toys for kids in the hospital at christmas, with photo uploaded of what I bought and exif data matching.
