All those actions should be reported to sec/fbi etc. Messing with the order books in 2013, that's not cool. Them allegedly being bankrupt is what it is but get information about past actions in there. Unfortunately things like this will ultimately result in more compliance/regulation requirements but scammers should be punished. You can file a complaint online with the SEC, i'm sure it wouldn't be the first they've received about cryptsy.
