Oh, and I forgot to mention that T0urist may or may not be related to Marshall Long.  Wink Wink Wink

Correct on half of that. T0urist (with a zero) is my gaming handle and an inactive account here I haven't used since back then. My last name is Long correct. But my first name is Chris and not Marshall, I am from Australia.

That post was from when I bought 2 x spondoolies miners that I used for some mining for fun. The GST import cost was a pain.

Subject closed! (and you cheated, having inside info  Wink) BTW, I don't believe you to be Joan Smith of Georgia.

Isn't there the possibility the judge could refuse to allow the bankruptcy discharge of Cryptsy to occur?

A month ago I said; if Cryptsy has problems, do as did JUSTCOIN MERCATO of NORWAY. In advance with an email to withdraw all funds!
Instead an administrator replied; you must not create panic, we have so much!
Vern, should reimburse all coin!!!

I hope that the American justice is not corrupt!!!

I've lost 1 btc with this bullshit. Tried to withdraw many times, but without luck (also alts got stuck..).

Would 1 btc be worth it to get in touch with Silver Law group? I'm non-US. Or will my expenses be larger when going after this?

I’m obviously open to any other ideas people may have on this.

If you have information, you can email reward@cryptsy.com

Hi,

my idea:

withdrawal all altcoins to users who this requested and where the coins are exists.

create a contract like (MN-contracts) between the users of the group they do not payout or where not enough coins are available. then payout the profit of cryptsy (day, week or month) to the contract-holder.

so change cryptsy in a community-project.

your expenses will probably be larger.

I would lookup some other victims and do this together.

I lost 20 ethers, so i don't really care.

This could be a tracking-attempt to locate the wallet.
