Anyone bought drugs with bitcoin and what are you thought on the subject ?

i know i have used bitcoin to buy psilocybe cubensis thank you bitcoin i cold have not done this without you now i can trip watching corry & eastenders in the evening its such a sight.

True this.  But at the same time, it's more anonymous than the alternatives.

Not really, Monero is in principle more anonymous than Bitcoin since the blockchain is not transparent. Good luck in finding any good deals with Monero tho, it seems it's still pretty small merchant wise.
Overall I don't recomend buying any drugs or doing anything illegal. It's not just worth it. Cut the habits and get some a better hobby imo.

well it depend if our friend want to sell it for medical purpose or he is a medic himself

Well you cannot prevent threads like this to pop out of this forum every now and then. Also, you cannot prevent trades with illicit drugs and bitcoin. Even regulated things tend to be used on transacting illegal materials and stuffs.

Bitcoins being a currency will be used for all types of trade.
Though they have some advantage over fiat for illegal trading.

It's hard to fight this thing and it will be hard to fight this allegation for a long time to come in the Bitcoin future. You know, this is what people have first heard about Bitcoin, so that first impression tends to stay here very long time, especially when this is the principal ammunition of all of the trolls out there and Bitcoin non-believers.

Bitcoin will just have to have many more positive use cases recognized by the general public in the future, in order for this to fade away.

If you cannot buy drugs with Bitcoin, it would be worthless. Why? Because you can buy drugs with ANY other currency. I am not promoting using Bitcoin for drugs, and I am totally against it, but Bitcoin should have the same use as any other currency or it would be worthless.

You cannot blacklist some items and stop people from buying it, because it is against the characteristics of a currency.
