I highly doubt gambling can be profitable at long term, a person might make some quick profit with it if he/she was lucky but would lose on long term, There's always some kind of spread against the player and profit for the casino.

I think gambling can't be profitable in the long run, because it's depending on the luck and the earning then isn't guaranteed , so no way to make gambling profitable in long run

well i believe that everything is possible if you are extremely lucky and manage to win big amounts of money over time, though in my opinion it might be nearly impossible to do because the more you play the biggest possibility that you will loose everything after some time

I don't believe that gambling could be profitable in long term, because it's not guaranteed income and the risk is really high

gambling can not be profitable in a long run in any ways, because of that my strategy on gambling is to do a few big bets and either to make a lot of profit and loose it all, i loose nearly every time thats why i try to avoid gambling my money or bitcoins in casinos

Maybe some people think it is, but not me. I believe it is for a elite group of people to be lucky enough to make a living with gambling.
The rest of us should only play it for gigs

Yeah gambling will never guarantee that you will win or lose. All of these thing is based on your luck thats why sometimes people will be on top and sometime they will down too. About the income, it sure have really high risk but this is depends on your setting too, you can set it to the lowest odds so your chance of winning will be higher but like I said before this is gambling all result will depends on your luck

of course , why would this forum, talks a lot about gambling. second to cryptocurrency, this forum discuss about how gambling in general became part of our lifestyle.
it now depends on how you want to end up your day, either with an empty wallet or grow it, for tomorrow might be busy on someones posts that invite each of us to join like a site, avantageous to those that have some balance.
remember that to invest, just one example that you gamble.

Maybe gambling can be profitable in short term (if you're a very lucky man) but surerly not in long term. Remember that with all of strategy that you want to use, from the other part casinò will always win !

I agree with you gambling be profitable in short-term and there is no one who can get a win continuously in any kind of gambling and despite using a very safe method.

Gambling does not equal spewing your money @dice and roulette.
Can it be profitable long term? Sure.
Lets say you flip a coin with your friend, and every time he wins - you pay him 1$, but if you win - he pays you 1$ and 10 cents. Does that qualify as gambling? Yes - there is a a) wager with a something of value 2) even with the uncertain outcome 3) prize
Why will it be profitable for you longterm in that example? Because odds are on your side.
So yes, certain types of gambling can be profitable longterm

Yes you can if the house edge is positive but your example doesnt exist in the world of gambling, house always have the edge on them to make sure you dont win in long term. In flip a coin game, each time you win you get 0.98 $ back and each time you lose you pay 1 % so in long run you will keep losing

Short term is also very unlikely, unless short term means 1 hour or so. The luck factor is very important and you can't be lucky game after game. Even with some strategy you will see that you will lose in the end. It's just how the game is designed.

Yes it does. You can have the edge playing directly against the house - in the sport betting. The house operates with 3-5% margin there, but if your knowledge about sport/team/players is superior - its possible to have an edge in the longrun Another example is poker, but there you are not directly playing against the house, house always wins there because it just takes the rake %. But you can still get a profit from weaker players. Thats the reason why there are professional poker players and professional handicappers, but no "professional" dice players.

If you want to win big and constantly, you need to start a gambling business. No other way around. You cannot take a bigger cut of the gambling pie unless you are one of these companies. Even the most successful poker players and sports bettors cannot compete them in profitability.

If you are the casino owner you will LOL, this is so true. Gambling is a game made for 1 winner... The House. No matter how good you are, in the long term only the house can and will win.
