Unfortunately, Konta wasn't able to maintained her momentum as she succumb to Strýcová. It was a good first set, and it looks like Konta has a total breakdown on the second and lost 6-1.

Serena bet Barty's conqueror, Riske. So a semi-final has been set between S. Williams and Strýcová. I will go with Serena here. On the other side of the bracket, Halep vs Svitolina, I'll go with Halep.

On the men's side, I think Federer and Djokovic will go through the next round. But Nadal will have a tough match with Sam Quarrey, who looks like had gotten this second win.

Konta played well in first set but she lost with tie break and make her mentality down.

I hope Riske can win the match but but Serena proved her experience made her able to turn things around and win the match.

Hopefully in the women's singles there will be a new champion, for me it is too boring if Serena win the championship and make the match no longer competitive.

I have notice that this year it is gonna be more interesting for the audience but it is difficult for the players, I hope both the team will sustain somehow. I think konta will take Riske home open this time, as this year now young players are getting in teams who has allot of energy but the old player are getting more scores because of good tennis experiences.

That was another classic match between Federer and Nadal, these two continue to play at the top level and put on a great match. Will Djokovic go back to back at Wimbledon? I actually think this time Federer will win and make it 9 Wimbledon titles.

Not sure who will smile at the end but I am leaning towards Federer. I watched the last set yesterday and he was looking very good in grass court. By the way, Nadal tried his best till the end but it was not enough.

Federer age is a big factor absolutely many would favor on Sunday's final but  I don't think that  Federer will just give up without a good fight, because Wimbledon is his pride which  he will depends what ever it takes.

Although Serena's age is quite older than   Halep, but the power of  Serena is still superb, but her quickness seems questionable, I don't think Halep can effectively return Serena service, specially in grass surface which is faster.

Nadal only comes close in stats with Federer considering the clay court of which Nadal undoubtedly is an expert. But when it comes to wimbeldon, Federer is no doubt the favorite over Nadal. As of Sunday, I'd call it to be a long match rather than a winner over 40.5

Congrats to Simona Halep on her first every Wimbledon title, I had a feeling that this time she would finally get a win over Serena Williams as we know Halep has always been in the matches against Serena but just lost her way during vital stages of the matches. Not this time though as Halep brought her game and dominated Serena, in fact it was a crushing victory against Serena which we don't see all that often. Halep really does deserve this win and it looked like she couldn't believe it when she won the match.

She didn't choked, Serena started very slow, in which she can't recover anymore in the second set. Congrats to Halep for a superb win. for Serena as well, she was very amazing throughout that tournament but she just fell short.

Halep is lucky enough that Serena is not in her prime games.

That is just unfair calling Halep as lucky. Serena might not be in her prime but she is still playing and moving well that is why she got into the finals in the first place. Simona had a game plan and she executed it really well.

Halep played a perfect match from first till last point and Serena simply couldn't get back in the match after slow start. She always looked uncomfortable on ground-strokes.

Can't wait for men's final later today. This should be one great match but advantage is for sure on Djokovic side, after all he won last 4 matches and last Wimbledon match.
