Have you already tried http://www.reattach.online ? Me and others had good success using the service for stuck transactions. There are many unconfirmed addresses caused by the spamming some days ago. I have been trying to transfer my IOTA to exchange for about the last 10 days. I tried sending a small transaction first, which still has not been confirmed. I have updated clients twice in that much time. I have tried re-attaching and promoting a dozen times or more - and still pending. I cannot send another transaction because I get an error about reusing private keys - "wait for the first transaction to complete first"
I have been googling and searching for help with this and no answers. Is this broken - or is there some way to make a transfer happen?

Just for the check, if I'm understanding it correctly; Iota-transactions are free. Now I like to send my Iota's from Bitfinex to Binance. I can do that without any costs? No, I guess that's too good to be true... I guess Bitfinex will charge me for a (minimal) amount? How high will this amount be, Bitfinex will charge me? Allready, thanks for the answers.

I picked a lot of tokens under $1 but I believe one day it will achieve the milestone of $10 potentially it looking much strong and have good chance to get explode very soon. A lot of project have eye on this platform I hope in future adoption rate will grow to much high.

Do you think there will be transaction fees in iota? Since there is the need for full nodes, i think they will start to charge fees when the network is growing. Now, the full nodes are operated by some enthusiasts at their own expenses. but when the network will grow, these full nodes will probably not be enough. what you think?

Do you know the principle of supply and demand? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supply_and_demand

"However, IOTA is not based on a blockchain with its associated scalability challenges, energy consumption and transaction fees. The IOTA tangle is a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) to create a distributed ledger that scales and has no transaction fees. Lightweight clients and the IOTA tangle’s off-line capabilities make it a perfect fit for the Internet of Things (IoT). By enabling trusted connectivity and micro-transactions, IOTA uniquely enables the Internet of Things (IoT) and the emerging Machine-to-Machine (M2M) economy." There is no announcement. Dominik mentioned it in slack, someone made a screenshot: https://twitter.com/Fevzii/status/946396373594918913

I doubt any exchange will allow free transactions at all, this is how exchanges make money basically, from fees Recently I noticed that Bitfinex also imposed fees for deposits if below 1000 USD...
