I was honestly surprised that the Celtics were able to win and stay alive here. Usually faced against those odds you teams give up halfway through the game and end up getting blown out. Now they’re delaying the inevitable but I’m glad for any extra games we get to watch this time of year. Seems like we are set for a Nuggets vs Heat Finals. Thursday will make it official.

Yes for the 4th game the Celtics won over the Miami Heat and in the 5th game I decided to bet the Celtics.
But for now the Miami Heat are still ahead of from 4 games with a 3 - 1 advantage and if in 3 games later the Celtics can get all the wins then they can add points to be in first place in the Eastern Conference standings.

I am also surprised that Boston Celtics were able to steal a game in this series and it was at Miami's home court. Miami better not feel too overconfident here because the next game is back to Boston again and another win might bring back their confidence and hope. They need to stay sharp and focused.

I also favor Boston to win game 5 but as a fan I want Miami to close the series and not give the Nuggets a lot of days to rest. Jimmy said that they will go to Boston for game 5 with a different mindset and they will enjoy the game.

In the 4th match the Boston Celtics played so well that they were able to have the first win out of 4 matches and Miami itself also admitted that Boston played well in contrast to the previous 3 matches where Miami could beat them easily. I have the thought that Boston can turn things around and beat Miami with 4 wins out of 7 games going on.

The Nuggets are a pretty strong team for now even they have the upper hand, maybe because some players can be relied on and are superior to other teams.
I honestly don't think Miami will be able to close out the series.

Right now, they are considered the best team due to their performance in the conference finals. However, I believe that whichever team advances to the NBA finals has a decent chance of making the series very interesting.

Miami is still undervalued as evidenced by the high handicap given to them. However, it doesn't change the fact that they are only one win away from reaching the NBA Finals. While the Celtics will try to survive in the series, the Heat are also highly motivated to win and secure their spot in the NBA Finals.

I think I will start betting on the Heat for Game 5. Why? Because they are currently the underdog, with a spread of +8.5. However, if they have a real chance of winning, then it might be more beneficial to consider the moneyline odds. Currently, the odds are at 3.40. I understand that many people might be placing their bets on the Heat, but sometimes it's best not to overthink things. Let's aim to beat the bookie and trust in Jimmy to lead the Heat to victory and finish the series.

Just like what happened on the Lakers when people think that they'll have a comeback through their home court advantage but the Denver Nuggets ended it smoothly. But then, they're playing and we're gambling and this is the risk that no one will ever know until the game ends.

Back in Boston I'm betting on Boston to win this one.  All it takes is one demt in the armor.  Celtics are going to be playing all out with the crowd behind them.  If they get a lead early amd the crowd stays in it I can actually see the Celtics throwing in a blowout in this game and win by 15+.  Game 6 is the game I want to see

The atmosphere in the TD Garden arena is always special, especially during the playoffs. However, as we can see from the results of the first two games, Celtics fans were not able to put enough emotional pressure on the Heat players. So I wouldn't expect the crowd to have any effect on the outcome of the upcoming Game 5. Besides, we don't know what kind of mood Butler will have, but if he activates Jordan mode, the Celtics players and their fans won't be able to stop him.

I don’t believe anymore on home court advantage on this series since Miami Heat beat Celtics back to back on TD Garden while Celtics get their miracle win to avoid being sweep on FTX Arena.

Anyway, I just realized that FTX still not canceling their deal with Miami for the naming the court rights. I know that this is a 19 years deal but the exchange is already not functional the way it use to be and there’s no sense to have this kind of promotion base on their current state.

I don't know where's the thing that exposed their defense but if they do I think they will adjust that onto the next game, there should always be a lesson to be taken. Might be just a rough night for Heat but I'd say that game 4 from the Celtics is a great game they have in this ECF and if they'll be consistent then they might have a chance.

But the question is, as far from what we've witnessed from them since the playoffs commenced, do they have the skills and strength to make a history and break the 0-3 deficit? I think they don't. I don't think so. Maybe they'll win the NBA Finals, but I believe they won't be able to dominate.

If we compare the journey of the Heat, assuming they'll advance, they have had tougher battles compared to the Denver Nuggets. So, although the betting lines guarantee that the Nuggets are the heavy favorites, I think Miami will be underrated, so I like to take their underdog odds.

This will likely reach a minimum of 6 games.

I will for sure ride you in the same train for that one as I have thought of the very same scenario. Sure, the Denver Nuggets were heavily favored because of the swept they did against the Lakers but that is not yet enough for me to consider them as the strongest because there's still the Miami Heat that is a live underdog and a kind of team who does not think of any homecourt advantage, so the Nuggets should better watch out for that one as they don't have that much experience to face the Heat in such intense scenarios.

Had the same feeling but I think the Celtics was way more determine now that they are in this situation. The chance is too slim for them to overcome this 3-1 deficit but we may never knew, slim or not they need to keep balling. Home games doesn't really mean that much lately and Jimmy Butler is playing chess on the court but the pressure are on both sides now and I think this will be more intense and lot of defensive stuff in this match tonight.

I was expecting a Celtics win for the 3rd game. I was surprised Miami pulled a win like that. Then Celtics got a solid win on 4th game but not sure it can be considered a miracle. IMO Celtics might win another game but Miami will most probably win the series.

I think the greatest thing to ever happen to the warriors franchise already happened but I get your point.  I don't see LA hooking lebron up just because he's lebron.  Golden states draft picks don't entice you, if they ask for too much than why would golden state do the deal, etc.  People are just playing nba2k too much this will never happen.

I also doubt that the Lakers are going to trade him, if there will be players to trade, I will assume it will be Anthony Davis though.

As for the series, maybe the Boston Celtics can win the next game, but after that the Heat will have to go 100% to end the series, they don't want to comeback to Boston Garden again. If they will be given the chance to take it in this game on the road, most likely they will do it. They've beat them in their homecourt 2-0. But if by chance the Celtics win, then they will go back to their home court and again, should finished the series then.

Of course they have a chance, but it's very slim and you are correct that no team has comeback from 0-3 so it's going to be difficult to overcome. Plus Jimmy Butler is playing one of the best individual performance in the East in recent years. It's good that the Celtics one at least 1 game and avoided the sweep. But it's a combination of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown leading the Celtics team and then the Heat really shooting very bad in the next 3 games.

What if the Miami Heat was really giving that game 4 but likely what I have seen was a good performance of the Boston Celtics because right now they have surely adjusted to make an opening to the Miami Heat's defenses, for sure the Boston Celtics could also do this on their next game but for sure Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat team will make an answer to this adjustments, I really think it is a good risk to go with the Heat now that they have a disadvantage on the odds,

There could be a chance but it is a risk to take because the Miami Heat just got 1 more game to win and they will advance to the finals, But this is very crucial for Boston, and Jayson Tatum will need to perform like that every game for now on, which is unlikely to happen for him, maybe Grant Williams will be explosive  again in game 5 but for sure the Miami Heat will make adjustments and preparation for the defense of the Celtics,

There is now a huge paycheck that the Warriors would need to settle, and if they add up Lebron James it really makes no sense, but they are surely going to take away players that are not likely to become of help to them and more likely to have also become a problem and I think those players would need to go so yeah a Lebron James trade to the Warriors will not happen, but Bronny James would surely love that idea him getting to play with Stephen Curry

Bad news for Miami Heat backers if Gabe Vincent is out in tonight's game. He is one of those vital part of the team in this series and really doing everything in both end of the court.

But I do agree though that still Miami has the advantage in this series. Celtics will have to play perfectly in the last 3 games to make history (coming back from a 0-3 deficit). Celtics is still the favorite in this game, but just like in the past games, they are the favorite but can't hold it specially in the 3rd quarter wherein Miami was really pouring everything they got. And if the Heat win this one on the road and without Gabe Vincent? We should give credit to the adjustments being made by coach Spo.
