Kyrie Irving to Los Angeles Clippers...

Carmelo Anthony to Houston Rockets...

These are only of the few teams that will have a surprising new lineup. The competition in the West really getting tough. Hope that Spurs will come healthy too. I want to see a difficult road for super team GSW to prove they are really a super team.

#rumors

Chanes are these rumours are not true but this players are just free agent and it would depend on the salary cap on can they trade. Houston made big deals with cp3 so they could now at least trade small time players clipped on the other has still cap but Irving is looking for a lead role and flippers already had 2 there so low chance of Irving's interest.
If Chris Paul in the LA Clippers did not work what made you say that Kyrie Irving is any better being the LA Clippers starting point guard? I really don't think that its having a good line up for the team, they have been a mid-tier Playoffs team who we don't even mention being a contender for the NBA Championship, if Kyrie really wants to show his skills he must go to a team where he can be the main face of that franchise.

Chris Paul is doing great in the LA Clippers, his teammate didn't.
As I have notice it the games I've watch in the past, it was Chris Paul who usually lead the team to win especially in crunch time, this guy deserve to have a good teammate and I think he finds it in the Houston Rockets.

If Kyrie will be in LA Clippers, still the same team or might not be better than the old team, I wish them but I am also glad to find out.

Since, CP3 already landed a deal with the rockets and Rockets trying to get melo on their team too. But, I guess Melo wouldn't do much in this team since CP3 and Harden will be the key players of Rockets. Kyrie's for the clippers is the same as Melo's story, As clippers already signed Milos Teodosic as their PG. To add, Kyrie's salary would surely can't afford by clippers as they already maxed the contract for Blake Griffin. Though, as for Kyrie's story Suns wanted to have Kyrie in exchange for eric bledsoe, josh jackson + draft pick. But, as per Sun's. They will not include Josh Jackson, in the three team trade.

As reported by Cleveland.com, if the Suns were to offer point guard Eric Bledsoe, No. 4 overall pick Josh Jackson and the Miami Heat's 2018 first-round pick, it would be enough to net Phoenix the four-time All-Star( Kyrie Irving).

But Phoenix reportedly doesn't want to trade Jackson.

Pau Gasol will sign a three-year, $48 million contract with the San Antonio Spurs. The third year is partially garanteed. The news was reported by Adrian Wojnarowski

Good for pau and hopefully the spurs can resurrect their glory days and compete well next season as it's becoming one way finals for the past few seasons. We need a change and the spurs can build a strong team capable of competing in the finals next season.

Spurs has a great coach. In terms of defense I think is spurs is unparalleled. Pau cant keep up when the games pace is fast and some spurs players are really past on their prime. Im hoping that Aldridge will do well in the next season. Some people are saying that he doesn't do well in the finals well the truth is the pressure and the defence is on aldridge when Kawhi got injured that is the reason because he has a lower shooting percentage. They need some pointguard or a very good shooting guard in order to win a finals. Well if leonard will improve more then they will have a shot to victory.

As a Phoenix Suns fan, I want to join Kyrie Irving in my team Phoenix Suns for Eric Bledsoe and 2018-19 Draft Pick. My team line-up will be D. Booker, K. Irving, J. Jackson, M. Chriss ( Center Tyson Chandler). This will a playoff team for the Western Conference! Mark my post. Quote this post!

Kyrie Irving for PHX Suns!
I don't think so, they are all talented players but they do not have the talent to be considered as superstar.
Also, what is important is not the players only but the coaching as well, the warriors for example will not be a championship team
if steve kerr did not take over the team.

Phoenix Suns was part of the Cleveland Cavaliers' "best possible trade packages for Kyrie Irving". So why not?

This is worth reading and might give you some fearless forecast about where Kyrie should land.

http://www.cleveland.com/cavs/index.ssf/2017/07/cleveland_cavaliers_best_possi.html

Brandon Knight got injured so I think this will play and may accelerate the trade if all parties are still interested. The one I read (Bledsoe and Carmelo Anthony) to the Cavs was not very enticing in my opinion, I think the Cavs should get more than that for Irving, I would especially prefer some deal with the Spurs (Aldridge, Green, Mills, etc). Carmelo and making a three way trade with the Knicks is still on the table but I just don't think Melo has that kind of value, similar to Derrick Rose, yes, that would be a great addition for the Cavs, but giving up Irving for "only" Melo and Bledsoe doesn't cut it.

Either way, if the Cavs could get I don't know...Aldridge and Mills, or Aldridge and Bledsoe for Irving (and maybe another role Cavs player like Shumpert) we can argue that Cleveland could even be a better team without Irving this year...

Cleveland gets: Carmelo Anthony

I have a hunch that lebron and carmelo will be not in a chemistry and they will not perform their best if they are in a tag team. I think what cleveland needs is a good point guard like kyrie.

That is what i'm thinking too. Knowing that Lebron isn't the man who would give up the no.1 spot to his team mate, or the main start I should say. Not unless Melo would be fine as a secondary role and everything will be fine.

It's still early to assume that they will not click with each other. Lebron is a very flexible player we know on how he went with Miami heat and bring good fortune there for the team and went back to Cavs and still nailing it. Let's just see on how it is going to go well with the final roster of the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Exactly. But can Melo do that? I would like to see that. Melo is a leader all his life, I don't think that he could switch himself into secondary role player. All great players that have played with Lebron in same team have been secondary role players. Houston would be much better option for him I believe.

Lebron and Melo are very good friends outside of the court along with Chris Paul and Dwayne Wade. We have all seen how things turned out when Lebron and D. Wade teamed up, which resulted in two championships. In the case of a Lebron and Melo team-up scenario, some success could be had but their duo won’t be enough since they are both in their 30s already and Melo has had injury issues for a couple of seasons already. And Melo is more inclined to join the Rockets than the Cavs, because he thinks Lebron isn't going to stay in Cleveland for long.

Melo will most likely go to the Rockets, it just makes more sense. Cleveland can get Melo in a similar way they got Rose, cheap and with a 1 year contract without much more compromise than that but giving up pieces or a big salary at this stage it would be foolish. Not only Melo is past his prime, he's also playing the PF position, one that is already dominated by both James and Love.

Now I can see how he can get back into great playing shape and revive his career at Houston. CP3 can definitely play to assist both Harden and him, they could average above 30 ppg easily.

I think with a good cast around him, Melo can easily make 30 points a night easy. And if ever he goes to Houston, with CP3 and Harden around, he can regain his old self and probably challenge GSW or San Antonio for West supremacy. But he has to think that somewhat he is no longer the alpha in the team but still I think he can contribute 30 points easy though he need to improved his defense. That's what makes him and Lebron different. Lebron plays good defense and chase a block if needed, while Melo has poor defense since his career in the NBA.

Injury will always matter for an athlete, this serves them that they have to limit their playing time and styles before can't be re-done. Do you have any source that Melo said that? That Lebron isn't going to stay any longer in the team? Because I'm sure that he is going to stay for better there, he's the key player of that team.

What are you even processing things in your mind? Carmelo Anthony won't end up a deal similar to Derrick Rose because they are not the same. Carmelo is not plague by injuries just like Derrick Rose and to keep in mind Derrick Rose was not a hot commodity during the free agency whom Derrick Rose is an unrestricted FA compare to Carmelo that all-season long he was surrounded by trader rumors in which he would be move away from the New York Knicks, Carmelo is still a good basketball player playing in a wrong team.

It's his last chance to play in a greater team I guess, but I hope he will not ruin the chemistry a team has already created for years.
The rumor I heard is that he will be playing with the Rockets and we all know CP3 as the new addition is going to help Harden to finally build a strong team that would compete with the championship caliber team. Melo is indeed a great addition if he can adjust to the team and not the team to adjust for him.

I might agree here. If we will see as a whole, we can noticed that there are lots of trade request proposals to Carmelo Anthony than Derrick Rose. Hopefully Carmelo will show more what he got to the team that he will succesfully land. Honestly, his performance is not that can considered as best of the best now unlike with his colleagues who can show more until today.

I want to see the blockbuster trade rumor of this guy that involves Kyrie Irving. This will be a surprise.

According to ESPN , the Cavaliers have received as many as 20 offers from teams interested in trading for the All-Star, but what the Cavs are asking for in return is far more than what teams are willing to give up.

"The Cavaliers want a package that resembles the 2011 Denver Nuggets-New York Knicks deal for Carmelo Anthony -- young players, win-now veterans and draft picks, league sources said. For new general manager Koby Altman, this is a textbook way to open trade discussions. But for now, most Irving suitors are using the Minnesota Timberwolves-Chicago Bulls trade model for Jimmy Butler, a scaled-down model of Melo's rich return of assets."

This will be a surprise.
what melo to cavs? wow another exciting rumors as it is, how melo will create chemistry with lebron while both of them wants to have the ball?
how coaches will let them play alongside each other  and watch who's willing to take charge, i guess if this happen melo will be the support since
lebron already the star of cavs unless lebron will be like curry when durant went in to their team.

from what i'm hearing the Cavs and Phoenix have are going to have a deal for Kyrie Irving trade with Eric Bledsoe would be included in the trade also Suns own Miami's first round pick while the Cavs looking to add Josh Jackson in a trade because the Phoenix has ruled out the possibility of trading Devin Booker. The deal will be delayed for a shorye periode of time because Jackson cannot be traded until after August 4th and if the trade go through the Cavs will benefit the most from it.

I want to see Kyrie Irving playing for Minnesota Timberwolves, I'm seeing that he will good at their management or any with other teams. As long as the confidence from him before will be back and he's the one to announce it.

Yes. Kyrie Irving will be a good addition to the Timberwolves. But what Minnesota can offer in return? I think its logical for GM Altman to really get a good players out of a trade involving Kyrie, regardless of team. That's why I agree with the article. If Altman can get quality players that will fit the Cavs roster, he will easily deal with it. But so far my theory is that as many teams wants to court Kyrie right now, but the offer is not worth to bite for now.

But they just got Jeff Teague, who might be a better fit for the Timerwolves since you have Towns and Wiggins already. Irving will just mess up with the chemistry

Agree, the Wolves to me are the most likely destination for Irving because of Butler and how much they want to play together. However I also fail to see what the Wolves can offer to the Cavs. Unless they package someone like Wiggins to another team and make a three way deal I don't see any other way.

With that said, the Suns with Bledsoe and others could be added into this. I can see the Cavs getting Bledsoe and another role player this way.
