The Luka Dončić noise is still here in the NBA as the mavericks continues their winning streak, and now beating one of the best games in the NBA which is the Rockets. It's a double double for him with 41 points and 10 assists, this is a match up of 2 potential MVP candidates and clearly here its Luka Dončić who won the battle.
also with this win, Mavericks climb to the number 3 spot in ranking in the west.
Cant believe Luka hitting all time streak here, Harden accept that they did wrong in their team defense sincr they are allowing easy basket points for the Mavericks, and that's how the Dallas gain confidence on executing play, Hardaway also added 31 points contribution for mavericks. Well Harden make good points also but not enough for Houston. That's a bad beating considering on their home court. Anyway Gratz, Luka, probably one of the candidate for MVP. For me, he is leading in the race now, Luka is a legendary in the making, he is just 20 years old and maybe when he become a legend he might still be at his 20s. Do you like that? how was that for Luka. 2 MVP from Rockets can't stop Luka Magic, this guy is a real deal , no doubt about that.

The kid is still young to be called a legend. There are so much things that he needs to prove before he could be listed there. We are just blown away at how this guy plays in the floor but let us not go overboard into predicting the future all of a sudden. He is good, in fact he is great. But he is still in his early age. An injury could even take this all away like how stars were taken down. I hope not. Mental issues can also be a problem as it goes on. For now, let us savor all the good plays he is making. Race for MVP this year though, I am also voting for Luka.

He is playing very well this season and they beat this team who has 2 all star players and on their home. TBH, Luca is my pick for the MVP race at this moment because of how he plays in these past games. If they didn't picked him last All star weekend, this season 101% sure that he will be in the All star for sure.

Harden accept that they did wrong in their team defense ~ Say what now? Harden talking about defense? He is probably the least guy to talk about team defense.

When did changing how the game is played became the sole prerequisite to be called a legendary? Is winning championship/s from hustling on both ends of the floor and leading the team not enough?

Harden accept that they did wrong in their team defense ~ Say what now? Harden talking about defense? He is probably the least guy to talk about team defense. I knew someone who can beat him for being the least defensive player. Yup! It's Lebron James . Am I the inly one who notice this or not. Look how he guard his opponents, he didn't contest them too much. I don't see him chasing players or do a face to face blocking attempts. I don't know if it's natural to him or just protecting his ego from getting baited by others' fancy moves? (For me, it was the latter part). The kid cannot be a legend unless he change the way the NBA's play style. Like the way MJ and other NBA legend does. If Luka can make NBA greater than it was right now, he could be a legend for sure. I absolutely agree. You don't need to be special first before to become a legendary because hardwork and dedication can lead you on that spot. Actually, he already did a lot for age 20 . Despite of being young in the league he can already carry his team and beat veteran superstars, while me (or maybe you as well)? My lungs can't even stand straight running back to back in the court for 3 times. See the big difference? Chill bro, let the kid have his time making his own legacy.

Undoubtedly, Luca is playing an MVP caliber type of basketball so far this season. Though, LeBron is tailing close on the ladder, but If Luca will consistently make his team win most of the games, he'll probably unbeatable at the top spot for the MVP award. As much as I also want Luca to become the youngest MVP in the NBA, but I can't ignore the fact how LeBron are still showing great leadership, skills, and strength in his 17th season. The MVP discussions today are just about LeBron and Luca.

Harden accept that they did wrong in their team defense ~ Say what now? Harden talking about defense? He is probably the least guy to talk about team defense. LOL. Yeah! Harden? C'mon. Did he really said that? I don't believe you. Why the hell is Boston -7.5 against the Sacramento Kings while Kemba is injured? Is he going to play this game? Shouldn't be the handicap goes to them since they lose their offensive player. I will go Sacramento for this. Against the Nuggets last time they are having a hard time to make a better offense because of lack of Kemba.

I think so..here's the video. James Harden, Russell Westbrook point to Rockets’ defense in loss vs. Mavericks | NBA SoundJames Harden says the Rockets allowed the Mavericks to gain confidence throughout their game on Sunday and that Houston needs to avoid being sluggish on the defensive side. Russell Westbrook points to the team’s communication needing to be better to shore up the defense that allowed 137 points, including 41 to Luka Doncic. I think if he ever played, he will have a limited minutes and he will not perform at his best. if you think Boston are overvalued here, maybe its time to bet on the kings moneyline. Here's the update about walker. https://www.rotoworld.com/basketball/nba/player/29689/kemba-walkerWalker did go through "a number of progressions" on the bike and in the weight room, and Stevens added that Walker probably could play through the pain, but they're going to be cautious given how scary the injury was

@Questat, bookmaker are already aware that he will not play or if he plays he will not be as competitive as he is, in short he will give less contribution to the team. The line is still -7.5 because there are still a lot of players who can step up for the Boston Celtics
I would like to enumerate as I believe these players can help the team to win as they are consistent.
Brown, Jaylen Kanter, Enes Smart, Marcus Tatum, Jayson

No, include Harden also as he is also having some good season. Lebron does not produce more points like Harden and Luka, but he helps his team to be in the number 1 spot, but if I were to choose among the 3, I would choose Luka with no doubt at all with his current performance now, I know Luka could drop his stats in the long run, but who knows, maybe this kid is really destine for greatness, when Lebron was still young, he doesn't play as smart as Luka.

We don't know in the future who is got injured, maybe Luka? who's know lol

If Luka will continue playing like this without any injuries the chance is really high for him as he have that stats. It's not the scoring but the total performances, Lebron in the side also have this qualification even he's not getting that scoring but the total impact that he have for his team showed why they are in the top seed.

It's very hard to predict so far but as soon as the quarter finals started then that's the time where we can have a hint on who is gonna be the next MVP. Anyway, about the Luka's chance of becoming one, hmm not so impossible for me. There's no question about the skills because he got his own magic, the only thing which bothers me is that can he and his team reach the finals? I'm not being pessimistic but I think they can't. The Western Conference got very strong teams and it's not a joke to surpass them.

Do not forget the reigning MVP who is also having a stellar performance this season. It is too early anyway to be discussing MVP. We are just 17 games into the season. Indeed, it could be also Giannis or Kawhi once again.
I doubt Kawhi will make it to season MVP. He is under load management and that will affect his stats. IF he gets to the finals, then maybe he can become back-to-back finals MVP.

Still not enough for me to put them in that kind of handicap. -7.5 is a lot considering they lose one of their offensive man or let us say he could play but could not maximize it. Unlike before they have Big Al, Rozier and Morris. There will still be a difficulty for a win. Yes Questat, I will be betting for the Kings. I hope I get it right though since Kemba just came out from an injury. I bet they will rest him. LeBron>Luka>James>Giannis. More or less, it looks that way right now. Of course everything can change throughout the whole season, though I wouldn't be surprised if the MVP ladder looks that way after 82 games of regular season.
