They need to repeat how they played last game 5 in order to win this series, putting Beverly and Mann gives them good defense, they should be there again to bring more pressure for the Jazz players, Playing without Kawhai, George needs to keep pushing his limits Clippers needs him to lead this team to win the series..

It's not only Paul George, but the whole team need that intensity for the whole 48 minutes, just like what they did the last game. They can't let the Jazz dictate the tempo in offense. Reggie Jackson need to score at least 20 more points to help George. Beverly and Mann to pressure Mitchell or Clarkson or whoever is hot on the Jazz.

They have a balanced attack on both offense and defense. I would say now that the Jazz is overrated for still doing the same thing over and over again. As long as Reggie Jackson, Morris, and George will continue to be consistent with their offense, there's no way the Jazz would win on the road.

The small ball play is very effective, they should stick with it.

This news : https://www.deseret.com/2021/6/17/22539418/utah-jazz-donovan-mitchell-and-mike-conley-both-listed-as-questionable-ahead-of-fridays-game-6

If Conley will play, things could improve for the Jazz offense.

The line would certainly move if Conley will be declared to play in this game.

The Jazz was really successful with Conley, he is the only one with a real point guard talent as Mitchell sometimes do make a bad decision by just simply shooting the ball especially in a 3 point area, a matured PG will help the Jazz and the game 6 is a very important game for them.

If Harden was able to force himself to play despite of the injury, I think Conley should also make an exception just in this game.

Any thoughts on how many games Chris Paul will miss in the next round?  Will he miss any at all?  Can the Suns win without him?

I'd be curious on results of a poll about how many games Chris Paul will miss.  I haven't followed the news as much as I'd like, but it seems like he's been in quarantine for a while and was already vaccinated.  If even vaccinated people have to spend weeks out of work due to protocol, it sort of makes you wonder how effective the vaccine is in the first place and what the point of it is...
It looks like it still unclear when Chris Paul might be available to play because he hasn't re-joined the team at the moment, and I don't exclude that he might miss a couple of weeks. I guess if the Suns play without CP3, then they probably will lose in WCF, Imho.

Any thoughts on how many games Chris Paul will miss in the next round?  Will he miss any at all?  Can the Suns win without him?
As per report, he will be out because of coronavirus health and safety protocols. And as per NBA rule, it will be a minimum of 10 days: https://www.nba.com/news/nba-establishes-health-and-safety-protocol-for-2020-21-season.

Quote
• Anyone who tests positive will have two routes to return to work: go 10 days or more after the first positive test or onset of symptoms, or test negative twice at least 24 hours apart via PCR testing.

So still up to Chris if he tested positive or not. But it could be 10 days.

It's good that that Jazz vs Clippers games are extended, I think it's favoring Chris Paul to cover for that 10 days.

I don't think so, especially if they will play against the Clippers who are still missing Kawhi Leonard.

This is bad for CP3, he had some injury and now he is out for covid-19 protocol.

However, I know bookies are smart, and I believe CP3 will be able to play in the WCF as they are still the favorites to win the WCF.

Jazz - missed Conley

Suns - missed cp3
76ers - Embiid playing with an injury.
Nets - missed Kyrie.

I think it was Pfizer that was used to vaccinate them and according to them it's just 95% to fight the virus. CP3 was hit by the other 5% missing. It was a rare case and I think they will let him go earlier because he got the first vaccine.
With how the Utah Jazz is playing right now, if they win this game the series will be forced to Game 7. It buys more time for Chris Paul while in Covid-19 protocol so he might miss just 1 game or if they will have mercy to those who are already vaccinated, he might not even miss a game.
Let's hope they changed their protocols about how many days a player should be quarantined.

Edit: Clippers came back and win. Now, CP3 might miss 2 games.

I think this season where almost all-star players got injured during the process, this might be the cause of not practicing so much because of coronavirus, since their body is more exposed to practice their body adjusts to less contact, but still, some of that player is battling those injuries in the process, some got severe injuries.

What a monster performance by Terrance Mann exploding 39 points. They are down by 25 but they still got that to close the game, most of the players in the floor are contributing to make them a history leading Clippers advance to WCF. Congratulations Clippers hoping you'll make it until the NBA Finals.

76ers almost lose Game 6. Hack a Ben.
I thought Ben made a lot of adjustments last year. He knows that is his weakness, freethrow and outside shots. Maybe he didn't really train for it.
In that youth it would be better to strengthen those weakness early and not idle with what he already have.

Hawks just missed a very good chance for an early rest to the Conference Finals but, the Clippers didn't let it slide reviving from a 25 point deficit.
Terance Mann put ecstasy to the Clippers fans with his performance.
What's with Coach Snyder? Is it pride for Gobert? Clippers is playing small ball and every player could see he is the weak side of them. Heck, even his teammates can see it.

I don't think so, especially if they will play against the Clippers who are still missing Kawhi Leonard.

This is bad for CP3, he had some injury and now he is out for covid-19 protocol.
https://www.nba.com/news/reports-paul-in-protocols-status-for-west-finals-unclear
However, I know bookies are smart, and I believe CP3 will be able to play in the WCF as they are still the favorites to win the WCF.

Almost all of the teams now missed their star players and some are playing with injury.

Jazz - missed Conley
Clippers - missed Leonard
Suns - missed cp3
76ers - Embiid playing with an injury.
Nets - missed Kyrie.
Nets - Harden playing with an injury.
Brooklyn nets have some big players and probobly the best team in the league on papir. But someone is always injured. The series went into game 7 and it is a serious problem now. Bucks have an ideal chance to go through

When I saw the score on half time, I thought it will be a game 7 since 25 points advantage is really big. But the clippers did not give up, and outplayed and outscored the jazz in the second half. Maybe,  a big factor is Donovan is still hurt. You can see his face grimace when running. He can still contribute but I guess he can do more when if he do not have the ankle issue. Hope for the best for the jazz next season.

I thought so too but Mann oh Mann, Terrance exploded in the thirsd quarter. Donovan was exceptional as well but that hasn't translated on a win he even just short to 1 rebound and 1 assist for a triple-double. I guess the injury was still at him but respect to this man even with that injury he still getting big time shots.

I'm waiting for the WCF to come and hoping Leonard will be back but skeptical on what game round would that be but I guess the injury was more severe that it would be an ACL issue.

Three words for Terance Mann. He's the Mann Cheesy.
I would like to give the credits to the players for having a better performance. They stepped up when they needed the most. When Kawhi didn't play in these last 2 games, all of them have better performance and they did the almost impossible. To defeat the Jazz and give them a huge upset (probably their biggest upset).

Aside from the players, I would like to give credits to Coach Ty Lue for giving Clippers their first Western Conference Finals after 50 years of drought. We almost forgot that he coached Lebron in the Cavaliers so he has the capability to do the same too with the Clippers.

Now going to the WCF it will be the Suns Vs. the Clippers. In their 3 games this season, Clippers won 2 of them. Clippers have a possibility that they will not have Kawhi this series because of their injury but on the other hand, the Suns don't have CP3 because of the COVID19 protocols. Who do you think will win?

A tough question. Chris Paul is a real deal for the Suns. Back in their playoffs match against the Lakers, the Suns lose 2 in a row without Chris Paul. And when he came back, everything is history. And no one even thinks that they will able to sweep the Denver Nuggets with NBA Season MVP on board (although the last game should be crucial).

For the Clippers, there are lots of adjustments made especially when Kawhi Leonard was sat out. As we know, Paul George is not consistent as always in a pressured playoffs match but that was changed. Their other teammates also step out too.

But overall, both teams will miss their respective key players. Although the odds are widely gap with the Suns as favorites on Game 1, I don't look at it that way.

I have the same view.
And the only player I have been thinking of is Patrick Beverley. This dude will be the key player of the Clippers.
Be the pest for Booker or CP3 (when he is able to play). In terms of speed, Beverley could match both guards of Suns. Height is not a problem if he could stop them before they can even take off or force them to pass the ball.
While Suns' key player will be Ayton. Zubac will probably end up in foul trouble most of their game.

Can we all agree that Jazz is nothing more than a regular season team ? They had the opportunity to prove us wrong after a great regular season and yet when they came in Play-offs they chocked against Clippers who were already tired after 7 series with Mavs and yet you start 2-0 against them and still losing 2-4.

I must say congrats to Clippers because a few of nba fans believed that Clippers will reach the final this year , especially after the start they had.

Yeah they have proved it twice.
In 2020 NBA playoffs they were up 3-1 against the Denver Nuggets and choked. Now they choked again up 2-0.
They seem to have no resiliency, once they're in a lossing streak they usually don't bounce back and win again.

I can't say they're an automatic Finals bound team. The Phoenix Suns had a good run currently. If CP3 will play in the WCF, this would be a good series to watch again. But If not, the Suns will have a lower chance in winning against the Clippers.

Jazz probably needs a real veteran leader in their squad or someone who has done it all. Sometimes it's the little talks that makes the difference. I like Mitchell since he's really good and can change the momentum of the game but he's not that kind of guy yet.

Congratulations to Terrance and the Clippers for closing the series in style.

The clippers made history again, I was really thinking we will see a game 7 but Mann is the man, he doesn't want to go back to salt lake City and he gave the fans the best gift. After 50 sesasons, Clippers are finally in the WCF, I'm sure these guys will receive a good bonus.

And how ironic is it, the Defensive Player of the Year, Rudy Gobert, became a defensive liability because he wasn't able to close on Mann and to Reggie Jackson when they are making a comeback and hitting those 3's. He is slow to rotate giving both a good and clean look. Anyways, congrats to Clippers for reaching the WCF for the first time.
