The Rockets agreed to terms with former Celtics coach Ime Udoka to make him their next head coach. Udoka coached the Celtics for one season before he was suspended by the team for the 2022-23 season after an investigation found he broke multiple team policies. Udoka replaces Stephen Silas, whose option for the 2023-24 season was declined by the team.

Ime Udoka, hmm, I am glad he can still find a job in the NBA after the issue against him.
Well, let's see what he can do for the young Rockets team. They are one of the blooming teams in the NBA and the Orlando Magic, I wish he could make some changes that would maximize the speed and aggressiveness of these young players. Jabari Smith Jr. is also looking pretty good, especially in the last games of the season, they just need to make him absorb more confidence to be an effective player.

The Bucks agreed to terms with Raptors assistant coach Adrian Griffin to make him the team's next head coach, ESPN reported on May 27. Griffin, who played in the NBA for nine seasons, began his coaching career with the Bucks in 2008. He's been an assistant coach for four other teams since then and was with the Raptors since 2018. His son, Adrian Griffin Jr., was drafted by the Hawks in the first round of the 2022 NBA Draft. Griffin replaced Mike Budenholzer, who was the Bucks' head coach for five seasons and helped them win a title in 2021 before he was fired earlier in May.

He had been on the side of a head coach for 15 years, I guess it's the right time he is given a chance to be the head coach.

That was a great ending last night. It looked like the Celtics were going to win easily but Jimmy Butler willed the Heat back into the game down the stretch with some heroics. That only led to the last second buzzer beater by the Celtics to win it. I think that was the best possible outcome. Now the Celtics get a chance to make history on their way to the Finals. Game 7 is going to be awesome.

Yeah, the final minutes of Game 6 were epic. In fact, Butler tried his best to save the Heat as he scored 15 points in the 4th quarter, but White's shot ruined everything for the Heat. The funny thing is that White's performance throughout the game was mediocre, but he still became the hero of the game as he literally saved the Celtics from elimination and gave his team another chance to not only become the Eastern Conference champion but also become the first team in NBA history that can recover from a 0-3 deficit.

I didn't expect them to tie the series and force a do-or-die Game 7 and I guess the majority did not expect it as well. On the other hand, things are not looking good for the Heat as game 7 will be on Boston's home court which is a huge advantage in this situation. This year's East and West Conference Finals are very entertaining. No doubt about it but no matter who wins in Eastern Conference, can they contain the Joker?

I seriously did not see this coming, every game I say that Heat will win this time, first it was sweep, then I said 5th game, now I said 6th game and was wrong, well it's about to be 7th game and I wonder what's going to happen. Head-to-head comparison though, either who will win in Eastern Conference Finals, we can't deny the fact that Denver Nuggets is really the team to beat. Putting a defense against Nikola Jokic is already a problem and I don't see who can defend him "properly in the entire game" from either Boston Celtics or Miami Heat.

I agree with you that the Nuggets are the favorites to win the title right now, but I disagree with what @carlisle1 said that they will sweep whoever will win in the East.
It's either we are underestimating both East teams, or we are just overrating the Nuggets just because of how they swept the Lakers.

As for Jokic's defenders, if the Heat somehow will win in Game 7, the best one will be Adebayo, but it will be hard for the Heat since there's a chance that the paint will be open for Murray, and others to drive since aside from him, there's no other big man for the Heat already, and they can't put Zeller, and Adebayo at the same time. For the Celtics, Horford will be the one who will defend him for sure. Horford manage to stop Embiid in Game 7, and he is performing well in this series against the Heat as well. TBH, the NBA Finals would be better if the Celtics will win because they have a better chance of winning than the Heat if they'll face the Nuggets. Just my opinion though.

Remember when the Lakers are dealing with the Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, Coach Darvin Ham executes different strategies just to contain Jokic, at least. He put Davis, one of the best defenders in the league, and seems not effective. He also puts Hachimura to guard Jokic but ended up tired as he also puts efforts on offense. Vanderbilt, Schroder etc. Nothing really works in the long run. Aside from that, when Murray got heated, he was nailing his shot anywhere on the field regardless if it was contested or not. That's how hot his hands are this playoff.

This will be the problem for either the Heat of the Celtics. How they can stop Jokic if one of the best defenders in Davis can't stop him as well. I guess the best one will be a double team, but with how good of a passer Jokic is, for sure he will see the open player if their opponent decides to double him.

Murray is the one who needs to be stopped in this playoffs, but that alone is hard as well. Also take note that aside from Murray, and Jokic, they also have very good role players in KCP, Brown, Braun, MPJ, and Gordon who can help in offense just in case their 2 best players are having a hard night. Overall, it will be a problem for the winner in the East on how they will stop Jokic, and Murray, but I would want to see the Celtics winning because they're the better defender, and has a higher chance to win against the Nuggets than the Heat.

Nah, the winner of the Heat vs Celtics matchup will be the true winner. Maybe the Celtics are just expected to win, which is why we want them to win, but the Heat are underrated. If they succeed and reach the NBA Finals, don't expect them to be easily dominated by the Denver Nuggets. However, it's too early to discuss that scenario as there is still Game 7 that needs to be played. If the Celtics win, then great, but if the Heat win, then we should accept that and anticipate their ability to compete well against the Denver Nuggets.

And also an insane ending to the game itself, by the way. Miamia Heat got 3 free throws while trailing by 2 points and managed to throw them all in. Then with 0.2 seconds left, Boston scored on a Tip-in to score 2 runs and the win. Those are nice endings to a game. But now Boston can finish it off at home Monday night in Boston.

A tough match to bet, both teams will do anything to win this match. On the one hand, there is the demoralization of the Miami Heat, but on the other hand, there is the Boston Celtics, who want to achieve an unprecedented success in history. The ball left Derrick White's hand just before the buzzer sound - so I don't think that was controversial. Even with the first view on the replay you can clearly tell from there that It was a good basket. Well, there was a certain discussion happened behind the scenes following the loss of Miami Heat on their own home because even if the Derrick White managed to shoot that ball, the time will not be enough and that's why Miami Heat franchise was protesting because they could've won the game if the shot clock wasn't move from 2.8 seconds into 3 seconds during the inbound which Smart failed to shoot it. It may not big a big deal but regarding what happened, any split seconds will be very important.
