Doc Rivers was already fired by Philadelphia earlier which already picked former Toronto coach, Nick Nurse as the replacement. I doubt Joel Embiid will want a trade. The rumors circulating are probably due to the past exchange of words between Nurse and Embiid. But these days, superstars will have a say on the team coach so I assume Embiid is okay with Nurse and both of them are already in good relations. Maybe a Gobert-Ayton trade is doable.  

Monty Williams is already with the Pistons. Still, 3 championship teams are looking for a coach, Milwaukee Bucks, Boston Celtics, and Phoenix Suns. Very exciting and intriguing.

Well, Joel Embiid has a good relationship with Doc Rivers and by firing River Joel Embiid might want a trade, I think this is what the rumors are saying, but as I have said this is just rumors but what if Embiid really wants a trade, well we will see what may happen in the next season, surely they will get some NBA picks, and it could be a good window of opportunity to trade-off and that is if he really like to,

Denver Nuggets VS Miami Heat

The Denver Nuggets will be having a game with the Miami Heat at the Ball Arena on their 2nd game for the Finals right now there are no key injuries for the Nuggets while the Key injury for the Miami Heat is Tyler Herro (hand) and is out and can not play for the Miami Heat, it is not really looking good for the Miami heat moving forward into the finals if they can not likely find a chance in getting this around the Denver Nuggets then they will be in the same shoes as the Boston Celtics that they beat last Semi,

It is very impressive to see Heat doing this great this season even in the absence of one of their most important players who is Tyler Herro. That is a big dedication example by them. They started the final series 1-0 behind against Nuggets maybe but I don't think this series will be easy for Nuggets either. I hope to see 7 games which would be lovely to watch.

There is less than an hour left for Game 2 to start. Caleb Martin's condition is still questionable. His score contribution has also been valuable for Heat. It feels like Nuggets will get another win home.

They might don't see the whole potential of their undrafted player if Hero is available on the rooster since for sure if he's available the minutes of those guys will be lessen and might they will not reach that far if they didn't maximize their potential. But the problem now is how they can maximize their rooster against Nuggets knowing that they are mismatch in height, also with defense and offense. Maybe this is big problem need to solve by their coach since if they didn't find ways to counter eat maybe they will be sweep by Nuggets just like what they did to Lakers.

This is definitely a closer game than the first one. It's halftime now and the lead of Denver is down to 6, but it seems Miami is always the struggling team. Even during those minutes in the second quarter when Denver is Jokic-free, Miami still couldn't minimize the lead. The Nuggets are still scoring.

This game 2 is probably still Denver's. I'll just wait for the Heat to have the homecourt advantage. Perhaps a + handicap for them will be worth betting on. Denver is really the more dominating team. They will probably remain the favorite even after changing courts.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing, it’s nice to see Miami having made some pretty sizable adjustments for this game, and hopefully something that will help make this a series. 

I think it’s a testament to Erik Spoelstra and how good of a coach that he really is. regardless of how this all plays out, he’s proven himself and then some

Bam Adebayo has one of his best games in this playoffs, although Jokic has big 41 points, but there are no triple double for him in this game.

Yeah, kudos to Coach Spo. With all the team plays and adjustments on who's necessary to stop each of Nuggets players, he did really well.

Until the finals seconds of the game, I can say that all of them did well. Still the Nuggets also has done well and if that last shot was in, it might have been a different story and there's the OT but no, the Heat takes the game 2 and the sweep expectation from the Nuggets was just broken by the Heat.

But Jimmy Butler and the rest of Miami showed us that they can compete with the top-seeded Denver Nuggets. I want to see what will be the adjustment of the Nuggets on their next game in Miami.

I guess Miami will be favored next game in their home now that they showed they can beat Denver. It will depend on what will be the adjustment on the side of Denver if they will take the lead again against Miami. But I think Miami will take the lead this since they have home-court advantage. Damn, I almost lost my voice shouting for Coach Malone to call a timeout and set a play. But he cannot hear me from my television. 
That was a fun game, right? Denver Nuggets made it more alive by trying to put it in overtime with just a one-possession game. Nikola Jokic was probably frustrated after the game. He tried his best but it seems like his teammates are confused about what they will do in defense.
Kevin Love was inserted in the first five, Duncan Robinson suddenly came out and wreaked havoc with his hawk-eye shooting skills and cuts, and then there's Max Struss starting with 4/6 in the three-point line from 0/10 in Game 1. They all stepped up their game and I also like Jimmy Butler today, with 21 points, 4 rebounds, and 9 assists, he became the facilitator and an offensive weapon. I think he is back to his senses and Game 3 will probably be more of a hellish game.
Jokic being frustrated is not a joke, he will come back stronger, that's just how he is.
All my doubts about the Miami Heat are gone now. They can win this if done right but I am still rooting for the Nuggets.

Yep nobody was expecting Miami to steal 1 game and hand over the first home loss to the Denver Nuggets. Good job for the Heat for being so patient and stick with the plays they had while allowing Jokic to do more damage in 1 on 1 rather than making good passes and getting his teammates more involved, because it's really hard to beat the Nuggets if they are playing good as a team. Jokic became aggressive and losses his patience, his hunger took over the game and that costs them an L.
Now, I hope this game changes the fans' views towards this finals match up because the NBA TV rating has significantly dropped in game 1 of the Finals. This was the same in 2020 when the Heat entered the finals against the Lakers. Regardless, of how huge the Laker name is and their players but the ratings still dropped.

.... I'm thinking coach Spo will try to focus the defense on Murray and the supporting players. He knows they can't stop Jokic no matter who he puts to guard him so may as well let him take all the shots to tire him out as early as possible.

Didn't happen in game 1 but this has been quite visible in game 2. Jokic got 41 points but only 4 assists this time. He did almost everything he possibly could but he couldn't facilitate plays that involves his teammates. Kudos for the Heat's defensive strategy for that.

Jimmy and Bam showed up big in the fourth quarter but I think it was Duncan Robinson that  changed the momentum of the game.

Couldn't have been more wrong with my prediction of another blowout win by the nuggets.
I mean, they had the solid 8 point lead before the last quarter but a quick 12:0 run for Miami totally changed things at some point.

Still, I don't believe Miami has a chance to beat them 4 out of 7 times. They will at least lose 1 game at home.

Jokic was the only player that played up to his potential, the rest was just mehh. As we know, 1 player is not enough to win a game or a series so in game 3 the others will be ready I believe!

Now we have to wait 3 days for the next one. Can't wait for that game!!

It's good to see Heat won Game 2. That means more matches and more rating for NBA. If Nuggets swept Heat that would be bad for marketing. They can keep the Final series Heat, pun intended.

They've been underrated even before the playoffs and that's why these paper predictions and thoughts about them, they've proved it to be wrong. And for the 2nd game of theirs against Nuggets, we all knew it that they'll have hard time beating them.

But again, they've proven that they're more than what's expected on them. Despite being the underdogs up to beating Celtics and winning the ECF. Now, they won't just allow the predictions to tell them their fate.
