The Nuggets made good adjustments in the game, utilizing their size advantage as they continue to struggle with their 3-point shooting. With a significant rebounding disparity, the Heat couldn't win the game if they were also struggling with their outside shots. We can expect the Miami Heat to make adjustments in Game 4 and strive to even the series once again. It was a great game by the Nuggets, and they deserved that big win without any excuses.

There's no doubt that the Nuggets completely overcome the obstacles that the Heat created last game and they quickly manage to have a working strategy to counter it which was their main key to winning this game. The Heat need to bounce back in game 4 if they wanted to stay alive in this series because if the Nuggets will win, then they won't waste any more time to give Heat a win, they will close the series after that and they gonna win this year's NBA championship. But if the Heat will win the next game, then there's a high chance we see a game 7 between these 2 great teams.

Game 2 is intense fight and Nuggets come up short at that game but they prove om game 3 that their mistakes committed on game 2 will never happen again. They come up with 15 points lead to secure the game 3 of this series, Jokic and Murray explode early and this create a big problem to heat.

To big challenges to face of by Heat organization since for sure right now they are struggling to find ways to guard up Jokic and his teammates because all of them is really successfully working on their role. For sure Nuggets will not drop the game 4 because they are eager to win their first championship on their organization this season.

There was a really great clash between Murray-Jokic duo and Butler-Adebayo duo. But obviously the winner of this clash were Jokic and Murray. Both of them were just amazing last night by making triple-doubles. Especially Jokic's performance mesmerized me - 32 pts, 21 reb, 10 ast. He still continues with over a 50% FG rate as well. He is just giving his everything in the final series.

This means a 2-1 lead for Nuggets in the series of course which is an important advantage. Because Nuggets can use their upcoming court advantage really effectively. But even though Heat are a surprising team in this round they are still very dangerous. Nuggets need to continue to fight with all they have. Murray's help is crucial for the team as Jokic by himself has to carry the team otherwise.

It's not a struggle, but rather a matter of strategy. The Heat didn't necessarily need to completely stop Jokic, as he was truly unstoppable. However, their focus should be on limiting Murray, as they can't afford to let another player produce a monster triple-double performance like he did in Game 3. By limiting Murray's impact, they will have a better chance of winning. Additionally, their 3-point shooting should improve to enhance their chances of success.

It doesn't matter how we perceive it, but Jokic is undeniably a major problem for the Heat. Once he is near the paint, it's practically a guaranteed score because of his precision, and he remains composed even in physical games. There were instances in Game 3 where they allowed Jokic to shoot 3-pointers, and although his shooting wasn't consistently on target, he still managed to make some shots.

The challenge lies in the fact that Jokic is not only unstoppable inside but also dangerous from the outside.

The Heat need to exhaust him early, force him into committing fouls, and frustrate him. However, in that particular game, we didn't witness that strategy effectively implemented, and Jokic went on to produce another triple-double performance.

Home court advantage isn't as important anymore because both teams have shown the ability to win on the road. With the series at 2-1, it will be tied if the Miami Heat can secure a victory in game 4, and I believe they will find a way to make it happen. Otherwise, there's a possibility that their journey will come to an end in game 5 on the Nuggets' home court. In this game, the Heat showcased their character, but they were simply outworked and outsmarted by the Nuggets. Similar to how the Nuggets made major adjustments after their loss in game 2, I'm confident that the Heat will also make significant adjustments to improve their performance.

Miami shot 11-35 on 3 pointers last night, 17-35 in game 2, and 13-39 in game 1. They lost games 1 and 3 with less 3 pointers going in, so that shows ya they live and die by the 3 in this series. They will need 15+ 3 pointers in each game to have a shot at winning along with Jokic and Murray to have poor performances. They need too much to happen for them to win the series. They won 1 game an d might win a 2nd in the series but I think that's it.

Exactly, it's seems the strategy is to really shoot from the outside and hope that they will have a good percentage just like what they have shown in game 2. But in their homecourt, it was totally different, and it just shows that they don't have a good record in their own homecourt.

And then Jokic and Murray finding their rhythm as they don't want to fell in the series as they got back the home court advantage. Bam though has a good game, but the rest, those we expect to provide the offense are no longer there for the Heat.

That's a great observation, and it's true that for the team to win in Game 4, they need to shoot well. In this situation, they may become more predictable since they cannot rely as much on attacking the paint due to the size disadvantage against the Nuggets. Instead, they will likely focus on improving their shooting performance and see if they can even the series. The question remains: Who among us is still confident in betting on the Heat to win in Game 4, or even just covering the spread?

We all have said that this match was going to be very important for both teams and both teams will also be very interested to win this match. But Nuggets got the advantage here.

Jokić and Murray absolutely dominated the match for the Nuggets. Jokić was very hard to stop for the Miami Heat. The Miami Heat will certainly need to rethink their strategy. They will also have to remember that they have to defend both Murray and Jokic. They cannot just defend Jokic and not care about Murray. And in the last match, we also did not see any defensive excellency from the Miami Heat as well.

A dominating win by Denver Nuggets. This time they did not let the Miami Heat come near in the last few minutes of the game. They did have a hard time taking a double-digit lead in the first half but they did explode in the second half with Jokic and Murray taking over. Jokic is an absolute beast capable of shooting, passing, and rebounding which makes him very difficult to guard properly.

Coach Spoelstra though admitted that they lost a lot of the 50/50 battles which costs them the game. And it makes sense, Miami actually had 92 attempts but only made 34 compared to Denver's 41/80. The firepower and accuracy of Denver is just too much in this game but if Miami shoots better then they can still make this series close.

That's what they have to improve because they are supposed to shoot better at home compared to on the road. Although they remain the underdogs in Game 4, I trust them to win and even the series because Game 3 was a fully dominant win by the Nuggets. The Heat didn't even win a single quarter.

The undrafted players aren't playing well, unlike in Game 2 where Vincent and Strus were a big factor. However, in Game 3, they only tallied a combined total of 10 points due to a very poor shooting night.

To big challenges to face of by Heat organization since for sure right now they are struggling to find ways to guard up Jokic and his teammates because all of them is really successfully working on their role. For sure Nuggets will not drop the game 4 because they are eager to win their first championship on their organization this season.

Jokic want to prove or want to tell us that this season is his era, means he is a very dangerous player cause not only in the inside Miami need to defend him but also in there point line becsuse jokic is a very good in three point line means he is very good in handling the ball and once he got doubled team then the ball can pass to Jamal Murray which is very good in there point line as well .

That Jokic game was even more impressive than I thought. The numbers were crazy, ya, but I didn’t realize this was the first 30/20/10 game in NBA Finals history. To do it against a defensive specialist like Bam too… Crazy. Jokic is really showing that he should have won the MVP. I hate that the voters always give guys the MVP before they deserve it and then snub them later when they do deserve it because they already got one (or two).

Jokic is already a GOAT without saying. Bam Adebayo was monster on that game too but it hasn't translated to a win even in their home court. I wonder now if they will let Herro play in game 4 but Martin was having a pretty decent minutes this game 3 but his stat really isn't that nice compare on what he played on the ECF. I think Jokic do really deserves that MVP if ever they finish this job with the Heat.

If Jokic gets help from his teammates and from bench like last game they will win the series. But there is a really big possibility that they will have a day off like game 2.

Anyone see this news?

Quote
The Phoenix Suns plan to waive veteran guard Chris Paul, according to a report from Bleacher Report/TNT’s Chris Haynes.

Shams Charania of The Athletic reports that a trade could also be on the table, along with potentially waving and re-signing the 12-time All-Star this offseason.

https://www.nba.com/news/chris-paul-free-agency-phoenix-suns

Ok, so after the firing of their coach, it seems the new owner is making a big chances on the player side as they waived CP3 already and obviously, wanted to clear some space so that they can get a new player. And if they trade him, might be interesting which team and what will be the trading package. Who knows, maybe he can play with Lebron? What's your thoughts?

I'd say that it is already time to let Chris Paul go because even if he can still play and help the team, it's still not enough because he's already prone to injury especially when it comes to playoffs.

Aside from choking in every intense games, his body cannot handle the weight anymore to play in an intensive games where strengths and continuous practice is a must. It's time for the younger generation to be in the light and unfortunately, I think it's already too late for him to win a chip.

Heat needs their productions, without them converting those shots, the chance of winning got lesser.

With poor performances from their role players, Bam and Jimmy can't handle the solid forces of Denver, especially if your two
main superstars are producing huge numbers that really bring the spark for the rest of the squad to work and help to whatever
extend that they can bring to the team.

Exactly, Jimmy and Adebayo are both on point on this game but they are still short on this game which they should be winning already if they are against Boston. It only show how Nuggets overpower Miami Heat when both team is performing well. Good adjustment too for coach Malone for cutting Porter Jr. time and convert it to Braun since the young man shows a lot of effort in both offense and defense since game 1.

Imaging how the hell Porter Jr. will lose to Gabe Vincent on Jump Ball while he has a clear height advantage. He seems so lazy since his shot is always missing since game 2. He is also the reason why Nuggets keep losing on 4th quarter since the player he is guarding keeps making a shot since he is not defending. KCP might be the next to remove if he will not improve and switch to other players that very eager on defense since they are not helping anymore on offense. Murray and Jokic is it all.

Home court is as crucial as always.
Yes Denver lost game 2 at home, but they had the game under control and only lost because if a terrible 4th quarter.

Also, this was Denver's only home loss in the post season, so they own their home court!

Don't forget, Denver is called the mile high city.
A lot of NBA players stated they hate to play in Denver because of the high altitude. You can get gasses real quick if you are not used to these kind of conditions. So that gives Denver an extra edge at home.

What adjustments can Miami do? The only thing the can do is hit their shots. They shot bad in game 1 and 3, so they lost in convincing fashion. They shot well in game 2 and got a super close win. However you twist it, Denver will be (just as in game 3) the favourite to win game 4. And I think they will take a 3:1 lead back to Denver to close out the series at home.

Let's see about that because it seems to me that the Lakers got their own plan to improve their roster next season. Even the rumored Dallas trade will not be happen because the Lakers front office already said that they are not interested about the offer, unless the Mavericks are willing to let go Luka in exchange for Lebron.
This season the Lakers have played well even though they didn't get maximum results but at least they have been better than the previous season.
It seems you are right that the Lakers will not be interested in the Dallas trade offer and I did read an update on this one rumor.
Luka is such a great player that it would be impossible for the Mavericks to just let him go.
If this exchange happened then he would lose quite a bit of power to his team.
