Spurs struggled so much against Suns in a home game. They couldn't even finish the first 3 quarters ahead but still managed to win. They had a crucial 6-0 series in the last minute of the game.

Wemby's last second winner was really nice to watch! Castle couldn't play in this game. Maybe they would be more productive if he did. Anyway they continue to follow Thunder by 3 wins behind.

Luka put up 60 in the Los Angeles Lakers win over the Miami Heat. LeBron James had himself a game too. He scored 19 points, got 15 rebounds to go along with 10 assists. A triple double and another player getting 60… I’m looking forward to the playoffs.

He is really one of the best right now when it comes to offense, but damn, LeBron is still doing well at 41. Anyway, I’m also looking forward to the playoffs. This season’s playoffs look exciting. The teams in the West aren’t like in previous years, where you could see who was the most dominant. They’re fairly balanced, not completely, but enough to make people wonder who will win. With the Spurs joining the playoffs, the Thunder’s road to the Finals will be tougher this time. Honestly, for me, any team from the 2nd seed to the 6th seed could give the Thunder a hard time and could beat them.

it is absolutely insane to put up 60 points with 18/30 FG in a back to back, especially after scoring 40 the night before and dealing with a late night arrival at the hotel. He managed to rack up a total of 100 points in consecutive road games against Houston and Miami...

While I respect Doncic trying this hard for his team and trying to make them be a great team and go forward, I would like to point out one missing piece in his game that he insists; three pointers. He keeps shooting so many three pointers that it's becoming very inefficient, glad that he is scoring a lot and glad that they are winning but we have to realize that he should slow down on the three pointers.

Maybe he is using them as a threat, like he is better inside, but if he doesn't shoot threes then defense would collapse, so he shoots anyways, to make sure they do not leave him open on the outside, which gives him a chance to go inside. But still, a few less threes a game wouldn't really hurt them at all.

When they beat the Wizards on a back-to-back game, Duren scored 24 points and 6 players reached double digits. They move the ball well. The Warriors also have some absences, so the Pistons should win this game comfortably.

The Rockets won, although the Hawks had an 11 game win streak. However, those wins came against teams that aren’t considered title contenders, while the Rockets are one. The Hawks’ next game is against GSW. It will be Kuminga’s first game against his former team, and he is expected to play tomorrow. Let’s see if he performs well and shows Kerr what they lost. With no Curry, Butler, and maybe Porzingis, the Hawks got this.

Rockets did a really solid work last night. Hawks had an 11-win streak before this game as you know. The odds weren't favouring them maybe in this one but they weren't a huge underdog either.

They finally lost even by 22 points... It was fun to watch Rockets this time. The teamwork was at a much higher level than normal. If only they were more consistent in general of the season... I still don't trust them much in playoffs.


By the way this guy from NCAA Olivier Rioux has drawn my attention. 20 years old and 2.36m tall.    Do you think he has a chance for NBA?

Assuming they will continue this good run I think they might reach the conference finals or NBA finals considering how formidable Luka is when on this level of play.

He does this before when he carry Mavs to finals by beating fully stacked Suns roster back then.

With this almost complete roster of Lakers that performing well I believe they indeed will have a good run.

That's the whole "if" isn't it? If they do continue like this then they can go very far, hell even win the whole thing, because they look unstoppable and they all play great.

Doncic is having a huge problem period in his life, past few years hasn't been good, and he is putting it all on the court now to forget about things and he is doing great for the team. If they do continue, then yeah, but remember them just 2-3 months ago, they were not even half as good, so we are not sure how they will do.

If we will remove fan based hype I believe Wemby deserves the title since he carry the team both offensive and defensive while other candidates are just pure offense.

Basketball MVP should be good in 2 way position. But realistically speaking, SGA and Luka are the best contender for the title due to their offensive dominance on their game which many voters preferred over a balanced player.

Lakers pulled off a totally unexpected win against the Heat. i wasn't even planning on watching the game. Up until tip off, the Doncic LeBron Reaves trio was listed as questionable, so I figured they wouldn't even play.
But they did, and Luka took the game with 60 points while LeBron dropped a triple-double...

Rockets been decent for a few games now, showing signs of getting back, but as long as they have these injuries, I do not think they are good enough to win anything over long term, not a title. Next season, they will have Adams and Fred back, which could change everything, it could of course disrupt what is working too, but when Adams played at the start of the season, that was a big plus, Alpi is good with him too.

So for this season they just need to focus on getting some experience and learning to play with each other, if not then it would be a problem. I think the best we can do right now would be making sure that they are going to get beaten eventually, but next season they can use that as fuel and hope to do better.

They’re not fully back yet. Before that win against the Hawks, they already lost two straight at home against a playoff contender like the Lakers. Now they’re hosting again, this time against the Heat, and I noticed the line is only around -2.

That tells me something. They might lack energy in this game since they’ve been playing 3 games in the last 4 nights, so fatigue could be a real factor. That’s why I’m skipping them this time, especially against a team that’s on a 3-game losing streak and coming in well rested.

Yes, but it's obvious that the Wizards is really tanking, losing 14 games in a row. While the Thunder is league leading with 10 games wins. Not sure though if the Thunder is going to field their players like SGA, Williams or any of their starting five.

They are already assured in the playoffs, so no need to push their players and we don't like to see anyone of them getting injured. But still though, with their second unit, it could still be a beating that they will give to the Wizards.

Tanking makes a game really boring sometimes or maybe quite often I should say. Because those teams are doing their best to lose which doesn't make the game exciting at all.

I even saw in one of the recent games that a team literally got frustrated with one of their players scoring the point to extend it to overtime. This is why I don't watch the games of such teams often.

The Rockets beat the Hawks by a clear margin last night and everyone played well. Sheppard looks set to continue in the starting lineup. Alpi put up nearly a triple-double with 15-9-10, KD scored 25. They'll play against the Heat tonight, the game is on TV so I'll be able to watch it. The Rockets need to keep winning to hold onto 4th place and possibly move up to 3rd. It'd be great if they could pass the Lakers, because no one wants to face the Nuggets team with Jokic in the first round.

What a great performance by Hartenstein and he just shy away from that triple double and only miss by 1 point which is absurd to those who tailed his 3D for this game tbh. Although they won this, there has been multiple ejections involving Williams, Champagnie, Gill and Mitchell.

The Lakers vs Magic matchup is a great game to watch as of the moment qnd good thing Smart did return to the game as they are trailing.
