Exactly one of the major reasons why I sometimes don't give attention to baseless accusations with no concrete proofs, a business will always have some customers that will never be satisfied, and majority of the customers that falls into this category are those that tried to exploit the business but get busted, they start posting scam accusation against the casino on every forum as a way of carrying out their revenge.

Indeed that's why at the moment we don't see any issue or someone messing around around them since so far the service they provide is quite smooth to their players.
