Yeah you are right mate the campaign of this casino is quite run for a long time manage by most reputable manager here in forum Hhampuz and last manager is cryptopreneurbrainboss which the campaign is handleed we'll. But these is not the point what we are talking about because the main point here is the current act of the owner light lord why he still did not answer all our questions even though he is active for quite sometimes.

the casino platform of light Lorde is the longest casino platform that has been introduce to bitcointalk forum and two persons has been managed the campaign, so if it is a something of giving reference to lightLord casino should be the first to be recognised as casino game, they would have been terminated for some years back but some meet up the gambling in bitcointalk. I may say the coursed of it termination is because of  coronavirus. And another thing is that the platform it's not experience a good deposit on their platform i may say it's one of the reasons it got terminated

The campaign has been here for many years for sure, there is no denying that. I think it has been around for over 5 years if I am not wrong, and it didn't started this badly, it had a good pay back in the day as well.

Instead of doing a big pay and leave after a few months, they decided to do a very little pay and be here for many years, and people realized that if they can get in, and rise up to high levels then they would be able to actually make a big profit. This is why I believe that they are seen as a legit place, and everyone trusted them. But, just because they have been decent for many years, doesn't justify the current situation neither.

We know that its not really that important if we do compared on someones health but there are people whom do keep waiting on hearing out some words specially into those loyal players
that he has on the platform.

Lightlord silence in not good most especially when he doesn't have any representative on the forum, the both casinos are popular and have generated alot of players from this forum. But at the moment they presence here is highly skeptical and not much is hard from them unless lightlord is online once in a long time.

With the update, you will now get a inbox notification if your ticket received a response.

If that's the new update, that's actually a good feature for their users to have that feedback once their support ticket got a response. So, they'll have an idea if their concern actually reached to the management and has a representative take care of it.

I haven't seen the announcement, but you are right. I have created a support ticket two hours ago to get some information, and I have received a message (notification) on my inbox while the support replied to my ticket.

That's a great move. Looks like they have hired an active person to give response to the support tickets. The support has replied to my ticket within two minutes.

Locking the thread not be a good decision and just like you said if the thread becomes a spam ground and no update from the admin it will be better to get it locked. But if the admin will appoint a representative to answer people around here.

You are right that locking the thread won't be a wise decision and also if no representative appears on here still community will take part on the conversation which will keep active this thread. To avoid spam thread creator could do the same which can a user of the  forum can do.

They needed something like this for sure. We all know that they have been silent for too long, and they were getting trouble reaching LL for a while now, so they needed to make sure that people with problems on the website still could feel like they could get something done. I know it is not going to be easy task, but it is at least not as horrible as people think it could be.

This is why it makes sense for them to hire support staff. LL could be absent, but there would be some people who will listen to you, that is the statement they are trying to make here and that is not a bad one, still not nearly enough when the owner is not around, but at least something.

True. It would be great to see Lightlord to be active here again. He was one of the most active long timer here once, even hosting one of the longest signature campaign in history. Bitvest is a very unique and original. There games are all built by bitvest team, I think the term is white label software.
