Since both sites already have a stable and large community there may no need to make any promotion anytime soon even though the owner have stated so.

That's a fact. They are one of the oldest casino that is still running to current date and there are some investors that are still here. lightlord has been inactive in this thread and players and investors are waiting. Re-Launching a signature campaign is viable to regain their popularity but again there are still some outstanding problems on the casino that need to fix and I think one of the best example is the User Interface. I think it's a design that's very basic and can't compete with the casino who has new and the same game as they are offering. There are many gamblers who like nice design and I'm sure the current UI of bitvest won't pass to their standard.

Their activity is truly a big deal here because it can help them solve unwanted issues that is happening to them plus they can provably help many people who encounter huge problem towards their pending issues which sometimes occur to this site.

This issues among them of being inactive is somehow people take as a big deal so lightlord should get back here before some jerks came and try to ruin their business then accused them for scamming. So they need to frequently update this thread so that people will know what's the latest happening on them.

If a player has a problem then they can try to ask the costumer support first before going here but I think all issues about funds have always been solved by the bitvest team so people shouldn't worry even if they rarely get active here and maybe their representatives and the owner is only busy to give an update in bitcointalk.

You're absolutely right and besides Lighlord is dropping here from time to time to address issues, they could opt to hire a representative here but they opted not to because they can always login and announce anything, and about the signature campaign, don't take it seriously he also promised that a year ago if there is a campaign he'll contact a signature manager and he'll give more update, but until there is no created thread for a new campaign we should not hope and just continue our activity.

I don't know what you call "from time to time" when the reality is that he has been quite absent. His only post on this thread since January of this year, was the one on October 07.

I for one have nothing personal against him. I hope that he really has recovered from his health problems, if he really had them (I can't prove it) and that he can carry out fruitful projects. In any case, if so, I hope he avoids the problems that have recurrently occurred so far.

Well, that's true. Many casinos are existing nowadays and some of them have an announcement thread here with an active representative that we can contact incase we experience a problem playing on their site. But Bitvest is one of the oldest casino and probably gained a loyal gamblers despite of the issues. That's why even the popularity and trust of gamblers are decreasing, still, there are gamblers who chose Bitvest to play in.

Anyway, I hope the last announcement of lightlord will push through and not a false hope again to the users who are waiting for the come back of its campaign.

Yes although there instances that they come late to solve those hot wallet drained or the withdrawal issue itself but still they are solving those. But for the convenience of the people they should be more active here because for sure their costumers exist here love to see their presemce and their updates made on their casino.

I am not sure whether the signature campaign of Bitvest will come back or not but hopefully, think that they will run their signature campaign once they will be ready to manage on-time payment. If they ask to join their old members then many will not join as they may be engaged with other campaigns and also a few accounts are already banned for spamming.

Happy 7th anniversary to bitvest  family I am once a promoter in this casino before and this casino is 1 of the best casinos here in forum, another milestone has unlock and now they are in their 7th year even though last year this casino has some issues in their campaign because of the owner of the casinos health problem. Thanks for the heads up and its surprising honestly yet there were no announcement made up by the team in relation to their anniversary.  

They might be that quiet on this thread but they are still secretly doing on whats good for the company/site.
