I don't think he is saying he got his withdrawal already. He's implying that the solution for pending manual withdrawals is to fill the hot wallet first and let it take the course. And nothing done to those pending manual withdrawals. But if you are a player and has issues, maybe you can send pm lightlord also as he checks the forum from time to time. Make sure also if he gets online, you can send him pm as I think he will resolve it. But if you don't want to wait in vain, yes, you can very well try other casinos. It is your choice anyway.

I received my withdrawal yesterday. Apparently now, when they refill the hot wallet, they don't fill the withdrawals entered during the empty time, or inform you that there are now funds in the wallet, you just are supposed to manually cancel all pending withdrawals every 12 hours or so and resubmit them.

Place treats punters like shit, literally throwing coins in the wallet like slop to a group of stray dogs and letting us figure it out.

Sad to see this happen when i remember when I started playing in Bitvest back in 2017 there are no issues like this and withdrawal is instant .

These problem occurs in 2020 if I am not mistaken when the Hot wallet mostly having out of funds and this is what the team needs to improve, gamblers depositing their money directly but when need to withdraw they needed to take days before having their funds.

 Players will continue waiting and waiting and waiting whenever they happened to haplessly have won & then attempted a withdrawal simultaneously at a time when other users also had won & had already successfully withdrew funds, thus leaving the sparsely filled site wallet empty ; for hours if very lucky, for several days typically, or potentially for weeks on end as happened to me with dogecoin 4 months ago..

 -- because, the owner **does not care anymore**, his deteriorated health + any number of other situations in his personal life now mean he has vastly more important priorities to cater to than the proper, responsible administration & functioning of his site

We were running it lower in hot than normal after the site was brought back online. It should be fairly quick for withdraws in general.
The hot wallet is more topped off now, so things should be getting back to normal.

He had already claimed out on topping off their hot wallet.If its having no balance again then we would need to wait up for another definite days before Lightlord
would really refill it again and considering that he hasnt been online for some time which we could presume that the problem isnt really that fixed.

However, even at the fun level, when your money is stuck in some place, you would like to get it out. Just as usual on things becomes more attentive when they are already on the verge of getting low profit because of the things that they do let it pending.It isnt really good for a business

building a trust again in these both casinos and the owner is not hard for me. but he must  fix these issues first to gain trust,  and he must hire an facilitator to take over if lightlord is not around so that these issues will not gonna happen again in the future. Honestly I will still believe the owner of these casinos that he will not ruin the reputation but there's no action from him so I doubt that if he will continue to run or not.
