I sometimes spend Bitcoins to buy some electronic stuff and there is a place where I am from where you can order food from by paying with Bitcoins.
Those are really the only things that I sometimes spend by Bitcoins on.

i never spend bitcoins i only trade them or invest into the bitcoin and that is because it is not very necessery to spent your bitcoins the only thing you have to do is do something
with your coins otherwise prise wont rise and that would be very sad for every bticoin user.

I spend my bitcoins actively on different things like mobile recharging,gambling and money transfer as well.I also convert them into fiat and vise versa whenever is possible.I prefer to keep some part of my money into bitcoin.I am not just holding and waiting on.

Not lately, nor I think people have.
Until this whole halving event scenario is settled, I dont think most will spend it unless they feel like it`ll go down or something to hedge with something else.
I been just storing it in my cold wallet since I cant really decide to spend or not due the increasing valuation.

I see you have a portion allotted for holding and also for spending actively. And that's good to know that you are able to manage things like that. But for me, I already stopped spending bitcoin. I am just waiting for the price increase and hoping to get profit out of it. |

For this situation i dont spend bitcoin right now because i am waiting for more price increase the bulls market and whales are fighting and the price is already been decrease again..
I think not a problem if you're still growing bitcoin with short-term methods such as trade or other growing methods. bitcoin does not mean shopping spending is wasteful. spending could mean anything would be very unfortunate if you just hold and keep bitcoin only #imo |

I don't spend it but I sell it on regular basis as I think bitcoin should be used every now and then, and only holding will not help bitcoin to reach higher price in future.

I do not actively spend Bitcoin because to me it is just a waist to do that, Bitcoin is worth allot of money at the moment so if you spend them you are losing the a chance to make money with them.
I want to know how many poeple spend there coins because it is not smart.

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol) I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin. There are many services/merchants/shops accepting bitcoin right now, and the number is growing. The problem is that usually payment with bitcoin is not widely announced and are often hidden under debit/credit, paypal and bank transfer method of payment. Usually you can chose bitcoin payment only if you are finalizing your purchase. That's good to know, I hope these merchants will continue to increase its numbers, and I just hope major merchants will totally adopt now that they are seeing bitcoins is becoming more popular and I am pretty sure they will increase their market. |

I spend bitcoins too but not the way you do. I collect my whole profit at one wallet every week,i take 10% and spend it for anything i want. I save 45% and the remaining 45% i invest into casino's or trading etc. |

I spend bitcoins too but not the way you do. I collect my whole profit at one wallet every week,i take 10% and spend it for anything i want. I save 45% and the remaining 45% i invest into casino's or trading etc. That is a very good saving strategy, if you can follow that diligently you will be rich in no time. I just love to follow yours as I believe saving is very important to sustain living in the future. |
