well, if you are addicted tape of gay/girl, I would suggest you to find some professional help... or if you do not want to do that, you have other option, you can substitute gambling addiction with some other.. you can try to start using alcohol a lot, or some legal staffs depended on where you are at the moment/ where you live... it is not a very smart answer, but nobody will be able to explain you how to do it. you need to find answer in your head... or..yes, I just got an idea, you can start playing with your friends, or start playing with some kids, but of course, you will not make friends or kids to bet.. it will just give you a time to get use to watch it as game, and play as a regular/non-addicted human being..

To stay away from gambling you need to some find things that you like to do with your friends or family so that is a good option.
Or you must also realize that gambling is all wasted money and that is very bad, if you know that you will also stop I think.

You are right if you find attraction this will really help, if you are addicted you also lost a couple friends because of that, well you saw them not much anymore. I think if you pick that up again you will automatically stop with gambling at the end. |

Staying away from gambling is in my opinion not so difficult its just a matter of time before you will complete stop.
I think social control is the key to stop for good with gambling and all that kind of stuff.

It is really hard to stay from gambling because it depend how mentally strong we are and we want to really give up this gambling habit otherwise no one can stay away from gambling from my opinion.
to people who never know and do gamble i think they are the winner and the only who stay away from gambling. for people like us who can be called "addicted" sure its hard to make it happen , stay away from gambling and even exit from this killing / mad hobby. a strong mental to exit gamble and accept everything as it is without wanting to doubling your money anymore maybe first step to exit from this madness. |

just choose other hobbies, again. don't say you just have got so little amount of hobbies to choose. there are tons of interesting things out there to enjoy, even freely.
Just Like I had said I don't intent in quitting gambling and I am not addicted to it so what is the point in getting other hobbies because I can do gambling and my hobbies at the same time. yeah of course, because gambling is that doing in part time. so it can be done interrupted during activity. therefore you need more than a hobby activity. you need some other activities that really keep you busy and not thinking about gambling. I knew it was just waste your time. but it was only done for a while. until you are not addicted anymore. I think it's not a problem |

Find something cheaper? I think people that are playing gambling because of the instant cash or money that they can get with it if other things cheaper does not have that kind of magnet for people to get hook they I think they will still prefer gambling. |

The most decent way IMO is holding your money in a paper wallet and keep it in a secure place like a bank vault in an area that is not completely easy for you to reach, that should at least limit your gambling IMO.

it easily you can add some other activities to cover your spare time. so when you're doing other hobbies. You can not do gambling because you must do activity corresponding with schedule. it looks like it can be done
Well I am not intending in doing other hobbies if it doesn't make a profit out of it just like gambling but gambling is too risky maybe finding other method that can make you profit or a bit riskier.

I'm not sure your method could make people leaving gambling immediately, they need more than that. Sometimes people will ignore any order of their religion to do everything they want. I think it could have been done someone who has strong religious are not going to gamble. because he knows the effects that will be provided by gambling. Of course you need other factors to help get out of gambling. |

I respectfully agreed with your opinion that wine or liquor is indeed needed in our body but in just little amount I myself is indeed drinking with my buddies back then but now I prefer to not to drink at all because if you take much alcohol it isn't healthy either and may lead to liver failure. |
