you can try to keep gambling but without money untill you feel bored , when people feel bored with something maybe he will not get a mood to do it.

That's a pretty nice way to stop gambling probably. I never had a gambling addiction (or even if I had it was not that big) but now I think maybe it is because I did play a lot without money (with very small amounts from faucet) and get bored. Maybe you are right mate. Nope, it will never happen because the more you bored you will try to use real money to play it again so it will never stop your from gambling if you are boring but what I do know that if you are boring mostly you will lose it every single bet that you make. If you want to play better using faucet or anything but with a small amount. It is better rather than keep playing demo mode |

try my methode join some organisation and you will not have time to gamble you will have other passion to pass you time in.
you will work and have fun and stop little by little the gambling and you will save your money that if you continu you will lose them all :p
but those peoples who addicted to gambling can't help it. if they join a good cause and try to forget gambling and don't think about gambling but they can't. because addiction will don't let them to forget about gambling and stop gambling.. |

If you are addicted to gambling we all know that it is really hard to stop with it and that is a huge problem what the most people have.
And that should change, the people that are addicted to it must know that it is really bad to gamble and that it is all wasted money if they are doing that.
But some people doesnt care about it, even if their family tell them to stop with it.
So they must find some distraction if that will help.

What are friends for? most gamblers has friends.. even if their bankroll is empty a friend is always to the rescue to fill it up...So I think it has no effect at all as long as you have access to the gambling site and you are not busy doing something else.. |

It is really hard to stay away from gambling, because you will get easily addicted to it and everyone likes it to do. And that is okay but you life must not depended on gambling that is really bad.
So the best thing that you can do to stop gambling is that you must find some other things that you like to do with your friends or something.

Honestly i tried to go in psychiatrist but the result im still addicted and i cant stay away from gambling.. but past few months i am accident i never gambling right now because if this. and i always pray to god..
Lol certainly no one would you get the results. gambling addiction is different to other addictions such as drugs or alcohol. where drug addiction can be cured with rehabilitation. whereas gambling addiction? seems to have never existed those who managed to get out of gambling with the help of a doctor |

I wont say it will be 100% effective but just like drugs, the community will help you and provide you ways on how to curb your addictions and eventually get rid of it. |

You have to get some other hobbies that don't involve luck and money in the same action. You must find some other way to spend time that is ideally free (nothing is really free bla blah but you get the idea). You can just watch some movies or join a gym and do some exercise, it's good for stress. Gambling addiction is a real problem, almost any alternative is better.
need to move out from that environment that always make you gamble again and again. To move out that you need some support from your family or relatives. Yes we must change our surroundings so that we can avoid the emotions towards gambling. But mostly gamblers do not prefer changing anything just due to addictions. Changing our environment would definitely help us to stay away from gambling. |

The best thing you could do to stay away from gambling is controlling your access to money and try to limit it as much as possible, Keep your coins in a secure, far paper wallet, Avoid thinking about it and come with new hobbies that will take your attention from gambling.
