How to stay from gambling? Just delete all of your cookies about gambling and get a job, playing games or do other things
LOL, that sound funny but that would help, I think destroying your computer and cellphone is better than that. You cannot really stay away in gambling if your mind and heart is still longing to do it, you should have a complete transformation for being addicted to a new person who quit in gambling completely yes it all will not help you to stay away from gambling. but one that could help, maybe if you get a job with a high salary. because the purpose of playing gambling one of which is to earn money. |

It really depends why the person is gambling. Some people gamble to earn money while others do it for the thrill or even the social aspect of it. |

I agree with you, this might make the gambling addict can leave it. But if they are already very much lost money in gambling and always did then this is very difficult, because they are doing revenge to return their money. Honestly its better to dont gamble if you have a problem because it may cause more problem.. It'd take time before you transform into that. Destroying your phone and your computer for the sake of staying away from gambling is illogical and plausible. You can still gamble outside the Internet, there's a lot of casinos out there and you can even join your friends gambling in their houses. Destroying your phone and your computer will waste all your money that you put to buy it. It'd also take away the other advantages that you're getting when you're on the phone or in front of your PC. Staying away from gambling has something to do with your focus and your mindset. Focus on other things and spend some time getting your mindset into staying away from gambling. |

Do you have a stable job? If not, get one. That way you will be busy and have a stable income at the same time.
If yes: Try to find a different hobby that you can also earn money (a part-time job of some sort).
It is really in the mindset actually. Just focus on the idea of quitting and you will eventually get out of it without noticing.
