Have a 1 click "click here to turn off [type] email notifications" so instead of flagging as spam, people will simply click it.

Quick apology for the outage a few hours ago.  The backups filled up the drive while I was sleeping and bitcoind shut itself down.  The wallet and other content has grown enough that I can't keep as many days of backups as I used to.  The raid array is 150GB, I'm just doing fairly frequent incrementals.

That's a great idea.  I went ahead and implemented something similar.  I put a link direct to the email settings in the footer.

One thing you might be able to do to reduce email volume is to send only a single email for any transaction. When I buy or sell, I frequently get several separate emails. How about combining them all into a single email?

I'd love to do that.  Easier said than done unfortunately with the way the function iterates on itself.  I'll think about it a bit more though and see if any solutions pop into my head.  Smiley

Cheers.

You have to find someone out there that has offered up some PUT options.  Go to the Market -> Options Tab to see what's available.

Cheers.

@burnside
https://btct.co/create
You must have a balance of at least 5 BTC to create a new security

https://www.litecoinglobal.com/create
You must have a balance of at least 500 LTC to create a new security = 17 BTC

why is that sum in LTC set so high?

It only seems high now because LTC has gained so much value relative to fiat and BTC. Cryptostocks charges 750, or they did when I created a security there.

Eh, yeah, LTC's only been high for a few days now.  Wink  I have a hard time valuing it directly in BTC terms anyway.  It's more of a fiat conversion for me.

I'll drop it to 150 LTC.  Wink

Cheers.

I need to find a nice happy spot for it when things settle down with LTC.

Hello Burnside,

Great exchange in general! The ability to issue own options is unique, too Cheesy

Something I noted about options on BTC-TC

PUT #95    169 days, 10 hrs, 53 mins  Strike=0.10000000 Premium=0.63000000

This is actually impossible because you can only lose by buying this option. Possible the option writer messed up *Strike* with *Premium*. It shouldn't pass the consistency check.

Or it is intentional....

This is surely by design. People write sneaky option contracts designed to prey upon the unwary on every exchange in which options are traded. Please be careful.

It's probably intentional.  Definitely be careful.  I need to add a "total price per share" column and add it up for people I think.  In terms of doing a consistency check, I'm not sure what to check for.  It seems possible in bitcoinland for the risk to the writer to be 10x the actual current share price.

Cheers.

Regarding the new design: I suggest making the background gradient attached. Doesn't really good in it's current implementation.
