Hello everyone, we are now approaching the final weekend!
(Competition ends at February 1st 00h, UTC)

I'm sad to say that we only have 30 qualified participants (with 70+ bet slips) by now. So if nothing changes in this final weekend prizes will be paid in half value.

I remind that although every user is only allowed one participation prize, even using the multi-entry option, those accounts still count for minimum number of 50 so that full prizes can be paid.

Finally even using the multi-entry option, you must get at least 1 account with 70+ bets to qualify for a participation prize. Each account is treated separately so even if you have an account with 30 bets and another with 40 bets, you will not get the participation prize.

Wish you all good luck for this final weekend, as usual anything can still happen so don't give up near the finish line!

Well, if you make those bets before the end of the competition (and they are valid), they will count towards your total number of bets. However, if the bets are settled only after the end of the competition, those bets will not affect your ROI, or your position in the leaderboard, as we won't know the result until too late.

Sure; feel free to share any and all ideas you may have to make the competition more interesting - after the end of the current round, we will review the event, and improve upon the rules (as we have done in every round so far).

I have an idea, the next competition is the parlay competition. where each bet must be made parlay at least 3 team or 5 teams.
This sounds quite difficult, but it really does need a good strategy of each participant.

This is only my idea, but the rest I wait for the new rules are more attractive

i have a idea for next month contest it can be if you hit say 20 bet in a row at odds -150 to to + odd you win first and if no one hits that you can give the btc to who ever hit the most bets in a row all the way down to how ever many places pay that will cut out all the big money line bets like -1000 and so on like goals under 6.5 and some of that shit this  will prove who it the better tipster

Hello acckill and safari88, thanks for your suggestions. I think those changes would restrict to much the competition. Right now there is nothing that prevents a player from doing exactly that, and if at the end of the competition that player would end with the biggest ROI, he "would prove" he was the best tipster for that given month at least.

Some players like to risk at high odds with parlays, some prefer small and constant wins with smaller odds. The purpose of the competition is to allow anyone to use the betting system they prefer, and let them prove they are good at betting and can make a good profit at the end o the month, and get a prize as reward for their effort.

We already had a consolation prize on the last competition, but we decided to reward everyone this time, even those that already finish in the paying spots. For that users only had to place 70+ bet slips, so yes it was a really good incentive. Even like that, not everyone decided to use it though.

Hi, hahay. I don't personally have a lot of experience with DirectBet's Loyalty Points system, to be honest, but here's what DirectBet said earlier on this subject:

the prize payed in Casino credit how many time need to be played before withdrawal?
there is a "roll-over"?

You need to earn 3,000 loyalty points before you can withdraw the 100 mBTC house credit.

If you play optimally, on average you are expected to have more than 90 mBTC left to withdraw by the time you reach 3,000 loyalty points.

So essentially the value of the participation prize is more than 90 mBTC !

That's why I mentioned earlier that there is a lot of value in this competition. Everyone will win.
