What if one of the teams draw? if deemed valid to win the daily challenges ?
for example I chose 8 team parlay bets 7 team wins 1 team draw,  how this parlay calculation, Whether victory counted only seven teams in the parlay and one team considered invalid ?

Well, if that draw causes the parlay as a whole to be lost, then that parlay will not count for today's challenge at all.

Ok I will start the betting with a new account but I have a question
if I make 50 bets on new accounts and win the top spot whether it is valid until the competition ends I mean I'm win even with 50 bet because in other accounts I have fulfilled the requirements of 100 bet

Accounts act as separate accounts. The only exception to this is the participation prize of 70mBTC, which you will only receive once even with 3 accounts. But for all the rest, it's like if they were from different users, meaning:

- All rules apply so you need to make 100 bets to qualify for prizes
- All accounts can win prizes if they finish in top7
- All accounts count for the minimum 50 qualified accounts, to pay full prizes in the competition

So the best route here, is to just keep betting with one account so you can continue to win daily prizes and see if it goes well for the final prizes to. If things go wrong you can just make the ROI% reset, or just switch to the third account. This way:
- you are increasing your chances on winning
- you are competing for the daily prizes
- you are increasing the number of qualified accounts needed for the full prizes.

Are you referring to the bets you posted earlier in this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1256522.msg14152322#msg14152322), MonsterV? If so, the post was made "March 10, 2016, 04:27:09 AM", while hahay posted his bet about 50 minutes earlier, on "March 10, 2016, 03:37:41 AM".

Also, notice that, although it wasn't explicitly stated in FrueGreads' post, bets should be posted in the Main Thread, not here (that's why I quoted FrueGreads' post there) - unless there is some sort of problem with the bet that you want to discuss, in which case this is the right place for it.
