Perhaps, increase the limits of the base bets made as that would increase the competition and prevent spam betting like the past . Since the prize pool is high so that would also only have good tipsters win. However it might decrease the enrollment.
Well I understand the idea behind of that suggestion, but like you said it would probably result in a decrease in the enrollment numbers, and we want to keep the competition available for everyone. Also users that prefer to spam bets at low odds and with just 1% don't reach the top7 right now, so we will still see the good tipsters winning (let's not confuse the fill in bets that users make, with 100% bets at low odds and low stakes. You can't find these last ones in top7).
The thread has not been "touched" in a while, and I see that many users did not like my idea (yet, one liked it), but I would like to suggest the competition date to be revised more carefully, I mean, it would have been nice to have a competition going on right now (when two big sport events are running -Copa America Centenario and Euro 2016-). Same with the last competition (or one of the previous), it started just after (most of) the UEFA Champions league action (had already) stopped (I think, I am not 100% sure of this and I am not really going to check
).
The only problem I see with your suggestion, is that an anytime reset would give a huge advantage over those that do well during the entire competition. Please remember that the ROI reset as it is, does not reset the number of bets, so with an anytime ROI reset, you could reset on last day and hit a good bet and win the competition. The only possibility for an anytime ROI reset, is if it also made a reset to the number of bets on that account. It would a complete fresh start. That could be possible, but I still need to discuss it with the team.
EDIT: As for the time of the competition we understand but we need to take some time to make the balance of the competition, see if we need changes to rules etc, see if we can come up with new ideas, listen to your feedback etc, and those things take some time. You are completely right about the timing regarding Copa America and The Euro, but I'm afraid we won't be able to rush the start of competition.

We make some promos like that, but as "special events" and only when they "make sense". I'm afraid we can't keep them regular since our prizes are quite big right now. As I've said many times we offer an almost risk free competition because of your participation prize, and on top of that we add good top7 prizes, daily prizes, and now even a side competition where we double daily prizes.

Could there be a shorter round tournament that runs weekly instead? Prizes could be lower than the original as well, like a 7 days period with a minimum of 20 bet slips and 30 maximum bet slips, therefore people could win something faster rather than needs to wait for a month for competitiom to ends
Well we do have daily challenges. We already pay 30mBTC each day.
Our users still don't pay to much attention to them, but those that do sure win some good coins with them, specially if they win the side competition and see there daily challenge wins doubled. But even without that final win,
it's still 30mBTC each Day!
