If things are working at my end, I will add some more masternodes over the weekend.

Hosting is now open...

Over the last couple of weeks, coin-server.com has put a lot of work into our network and servers.  As a result we are now able to provide the DarkNet/Dash/TransferCoin communities with fully managed master nodes at a great price.  We wanted to get this out to everyone as the service setup is not yet complete.  Not yet complete meaning that we are still working on an automated order processing and delivery system.  However despite this, we are still able to open the node availability up to the community.

Here is how the process works...

  • Request your node and provide your masternodeprivkey.
  • Once the request has been received we will setup your node, once we process the request it takes about 2 minutes to have the node up and running for you.
  • We will send you a payment request
  • Upon receipt, we turn on the node and send you the IP so that you can add it to the masternode.conf file.
  • Start your node using the masternode start-alias or masternode start-many command.

What is the cost?

2$ per 30 day contract.  That is it, 2$ for 30 days.  There are no setup fees, no hidden fees, just making it simple.  At the current price, that is just about 0.0047BTC.

How do you get one?

Until we get our ordering system in place and automated, the request can be made here.  Send me a PM.

What do I have to configure?

The only thing that you need to configure is your controller wallet.  You will need to properly setup your masternode.conf file and if you are completely lost, we will assist you.

Wait, I have to give you the masternodeprivkey?

Yes, these are fully managed nodes that you will not have direct access to.  That enables us to protect the security of the nodes.  But please do not let the term masternodeprivkey worry you.  The key is nothing more than key that you link with a blockchain transaction.  There is nothing about the key that would allow us or anyone else to take your coins.  So you might call it masternodetransactionkey.

Please send me a PM if you have questions or would like a hosted node.

Thanks,

Coin-server

coin-server.com is in the process of developing a lot of new pool features just for the DarkNet community so stayed tuned as those become available.

Here are some of the things in the pipeline...

  • User accounts and Worker Difficulty Control
  • Integrated explorers for all coins on the pool
  • Full payout history
  • Customized dashboards just for your miners
  • And more in the works...

On the locations, they are all located in Cincinnati.  These are owned servers so there is a lot less overhead for my team and I.  Branching out to other locations means additional overhead.
