Just give them time to upgrade things since for sure they are looking on the issues reported by the gamblers so if you see any areas that need to improve better report it since it could  help them to give better betting experience to their gamblers. They do not provide any support via telegram. If they provide any support via telegram. But I got the telegram ID from a person and from that telegram I got huge support. The telegram is for private use only, which might be send for private reason.

I don't use telegram as well, telegram is like a sort of group chat, I want my personal concern handle in the site. I guess most sites have online support, there's no need for telegram anymore, that's does not help people ease their mind when they contact a support to reach out their concerns. I'm glad Bitsler have a live support.

I'm betting on this particular games, I love PBA and I am so active in our local PBA discussion.

Just recently used this site but I like the odds as they are offering different odds like the specials where you can see big odds, however, I don't like the limit,  its just too low compared to the sites I'm betting before, in my case, the limit for x100 odds is only less than $2, so if you are lucky enough you won't be able to maximize your profit.

Bro I have never said bitsler is not legit site or it is a scam site or it is a fake site. I am still using bitsler and I know very well that bitsler is a legit site. And bitsler is one of the best site for casino. But for sportsbook it needs several correction. I am not sure either you are active on sportsbook or not. If you use sportsbook on bitsler and use any other site then you would be able to know the lack of bitsler.

I am a regular player on the sportsbook and I agree with you there are a lot of things that needs to be rectified, I will try to make a list so they can hopefully fix it.

1- Slow Bet Grading: Sometimes the bets are pending for hours even after the event has ended.
2- Support: The support is unable to help in most cases and ask to wait, at least the support should be able to settle the clearly won bets.
3- No sports based contest or promotions: I mean there are so many dice contests always going on but we cant even use bitsler coin for sports and there are no contests specifically for sports.

I love betting here no doubt and I understand sports have been only recently added but please fix things.

I am happy to see that there is a PBA here on Bitsler, this is the only platform that has this on all gambling sites here in the forum.  There is no doubt that many Filipinos are active and loyal playing Bitsler.  I have no interest in Basketball but I will try to predict their sports betting.  Since I started trying to get into this kind of gambling, I will continue.

Retrieved my daily 25 BTSLR, started off with 0.05/line bets though the user experience was quite bad because my slow network connection was making the animations slow (I had Youtube running in the background). I ended that eventually but it didn't change the fact that I was on a losing streak so I bet higher and higher bets/line until I had 9 BTSLR left, decided to go all-in since my chances were slim anyway, and guess what happened next!

I got a lucky match of two 7's and a Wild on a line for 40 BTSLR, and also a regular match that got me 2 BTSLR, putting me up to 49 BTSLR for the day. I would have bet some more at other games, but it's late at night and I have to regulate my gambling.

We could invent a new saying: Sevens are lucky if there are at least 3 of them.

Telegram is always misused by the scamer community, they always disguise themselves as admins when users come there is a problem, so on average their gambling site directly with the chat service will be better and I think the complaint is right because it interacts directly with their own account.
Discord is also now more and more choice because there is not like telegram which sends a lot of spam so therefore whatever the problem we have to directly send the message is much better to solve the problem.

Thanks for that information.  It's just that I'm not really aware and I haven't tested them even before, even though the accounts don't exist yet.  I'm just new to testing when it comes to sports betting.  For now, I will only play at Bitsler here since I receive my weekly salary directly here and then I will just try to play on another platform when I am a little relaxed and in case there is a good offer or promotion.

I don't know why someone needs to use telegram when they have live chat and live support where all the time some admins are there and they can guide you when you are stuck with a problem. I often have my deposits late crediting and I ask them and they credit it or sometimes ask me to wait and the deposit itself gets credited.

I used to love the coupons we get via email earlier but now I don't get any emails and the only way I find coupons is by sitting all day in the chat and making sure I don't let any coupons slip away. I wish they start sending coupons via telegram or email or at least some common source because watching chat all day is really painful.

Yeah that's crazy for casual gamblers like me/us. I had no intention participating in that. I asked the mod in the chat earlier how much is usually spent to be in the top 50. He said the 50th place had wagered 0.8 BTC. Even that amount is a bit high for me
