Not quite sure if casinos use telegram support most casino have only live chat support or maybe they would ask you to send message through their email. If someone just randomly contact you through telegram I supposed those are fake supports or maybe scammers trying to get your personal credentials on a certain casino, I've experienced that before.

I don't know why someone needs to use telegram when they have live chat and live support where all the time some admins are there and they can guide you when you are stuck with a problem. Yeah that's crazy for casual gamblers like me/us. I had no intention participating in that. I asked the mod in the chat earlier how much is usually spent to be in the top 50. He said the 50th place had wagered 0.8 BTC. Even that amount is a bit high for me

I tried it yesterday and surely I could do it as my level is above bronze 2. I exchanged my bitcoin (payment from the signature campaign) into TRX.
The rate is indeed a bit lower compared to normal exchange but we cant complain because it is not the main service of Bitsler.
It is just an additional feature where players are free to decide to use it or not.
Basically it is not that hard to reach bronze 2 if you want to use the exchange feature, simply wager small amount continuously with low payout on dice or boom.
But I do not recommend it, just play as you used to play and reach the higher level normally without trying to force yourself to wager more just to be able to try the exchange feature.

You are right, for serious gamblers that wagering amount is not that hard to achieved.

Those who can afford to bring decent amount of bankroll and play those luck based games or those who loves sports betting that wagering requirements can be covered in s short span of time.

Thanks, I'm just new to this site though I have already participated in the campaign in the past, since they have a sportsbook, that made me so interested to use it and I just notice the requirement when I really tried it, well, I guess I will reach that level soon as I'm consistent in putting my bet in a regular basis, so hopefully that useful feature of the site will be enjoyed soon by me.

That's too deep of an analysis, Bitsler itself does not require a KYC so they wouldn't mind if a player will exchange his bitcoin to any coins or vice versa, besides, they still make money with that as the exchange rate is lower compared to the standard rate in the market.

Bitsler also reserve the right to suspend players account if they are found guilty of violate the TOS or simply abusing the site.

I think Bitsler has been doing this for a long time and the features are always being developed every time there is an update, so there's no need to doubt I am sure Bitsler is a leading gambling site that has been famous for a long time with the exchange feature they have prepared if any user is cheating so it will be acted upon and suspended by his party.

Having gambling license is effective for a casino. Maybe you don't care about it but many gambler take casino license seriously. If bitsler cancel their license the news will spread widely in crypto gambling world. And it will create panic between many gamblers. Finally they will loss many user. Though bitsler is trusted, and doing their business nicely without any issue. But without having license no online casino can attract all type of gambler.

i don't really think they will cancel their license, why would they do that? though it's nice that bitsler doesn't mandatory asked the players to pass a KYC unlike other casino games that requires users to pass and verify their identity.
